I just had a look in WorldEd. The top right one has a few variations in game, named things like "Dark Knight" or "Dark Warrior-Priest."
The second ones seem to be variations of Ghouls but I don't believe those specific versions appear in the Arcanum module itself.

It's been ages since I played the module, but bottom right looks like Vormantown >!end boss!<.Consequently, I would assume bottom right is from the same module, but can't say for sure.
Mechanical Warrior and Cyber Mutant are the most interesting to me. One of strangest things about Arcanum IMO is that there are hardly any tech enemies. I imagine these are designed to be basic melee encounters, it would be cool to see them using guns or chucking grenades though.

So the Mutant comes from Vormantown! I'll definitely check the module to see this critter
I've still never actually beaten Vormantown. I should do that at some point.
