Restart your game client if you haven’t already. You may also need to power cycle your console, I would unplug the power cord as well during the cycle. This usually resolves the same issue I have on Xbox. I would check your NAT status in the internet settings of your console to make sure it’s set to open/moderate and not strict. You may need to change the game port in your internet connectivity settings; found in your consoles internet settings.
