You don’t need to rollover it if you don’t want to. You will not be able to contribute to it but it can stay where it is right now. If you want to rollover it either way make sure that fees you’re are going to pay in the Roth IRA are less that the ones you are paying now. Yes you can contribute to Roth IRA which has a limit 7,000 dollars and to employer 401k which has a limit of 23,000.

Yup, all this. Just be really careful that you only do a direct transfer rollover. If they accidentally send a check made out to you, do not deposit it!
