When the guy that sang This Love came out covered in tattoos, it was as convincingly edgy as Pat Monahan wearing a leather bikers jacket.
Hoodlum cosplay.
Let’s not forget that he was also born with an enormous silver spoon in his mouth which makes him all the more annoying as a celebrity given he didn’t even have to work to be this level of blasé
He became middle aged mom fantasy porn. Like he turned into what middle aged gen Xrs thought was sexy and edgy. That demographic will make you rich. Like 50 shades of grey
YES and in addition his looks are very overrated too. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with him, but he’s been on a lot of “sexiest men” lists and I don’t see it AT ALL. Like if he was working at the gas station you wouldn’t glance at him twice. If someone is truly abnormally good looking they stand out anywhere.
Drake has the most unpleasant music I’ve ever heard and it will baffle me until the end of time how he was arguably one of the 5 most popular artists for about a decade
While it’s cool that people can make rap music using just a laptop and a mic, I think it also shows just how simple most rap music is. And honestly kinda boring. That’s just my opinion tho, and I’m glad people enjoy that stuff, I just rly don’t get it.
Huh? Simple does not equal boring and anyway rap isn't always simple. I feel like maybe you're listening to the wrong artists.
That being said, Drake sucks.
Yes! Was asked to sing at Obama's 2nd inauguration. Lip synced because it was "too cold."
His 1st inauguration, Aretha, belted it out in colder temperatures.
You're right. I remember hearing Kelly Clarkson (who sang live at the inauguration) in an interview stating she asked Beyonce how she prepared to sing in the colder weather. Beyonce never responded and Kelly later found out Beyonce had lip synced.
Last week she was in Paris for a concert, and one article said that she had dazzling vocal power, making a slight comparison with Springsteen who had been in concert the week before.
And then regretted that they hadn't had a tribute to Tina Turner.
Perhaps simply because Springsteen is still singing at 73 and Beyoncé only does lip sync in concert and therefore doesn't have any vocal problems.
But also can't do a cover version at the last minute to pay tribute to a talented singer since she would have to go back to studio for it
Beyoncé has a decent voice, that’s all. She also has very talented people working under her, writing songs that cater to her voice. I’ve seen some covers from her and you can immediately tell she is out of her comfort zone. She doesn’t really have the depth or versatility of a true Diva but her ticket sales speak otherwise.
Read something the other day where someone was likening modern artists to older groups & singers like Bowie and Queen and they summed it up well imo. Freddie Mercury was an artist, Beyonce is a product.
On my list would be Ed Sheeran now (not his early stuff) He's so "middle of the road" and sounds just like Bieber a lot of the time.
Ed Sheeran's first two albums, especially his first, were inventive and sung/written with creativity and passion. Now he sounds like a pop band that was assembled via American Idol with no soul or ingenuity. Maybe he'll get back to his roots, but his latest albums sound manufactured and thrown together by a top 40 committee.
Remember the uproar about her losing that award to Beck. A song/album that was written by like 16 people that just said " ladies put your legs in the air, we run this", while Beck did everything and performed like 20 different instruments on his, including producing.
All she does is wear shiny sequined leotards, lip sync and thrashes around her long fake blonde wig. Voice is good, just good, but otherwise, no substance.
I listened to her most recent album all the way through while with someone from work who is a fan. I had no idea her lyrics were that poor. the songs are immature, catty, vindictive, constantly prideful and bragging, seemingly centered on how no one believes in her or thinks she’ll be successful even though she’s the most successful person on earth in her genre. It’s bizarre how badly written and out of touch her songs are.
I was shocked when I learned a few years ago that a lot of women saw her as a “hero,” and some kind of women’s rights leader.
I was like, that pop star dancer who isn’t even that good or interesting? Wtf?”
Step 1:Get a random guy.
Step 2:Tell him to start mumbling like he's drunk.
Step 3: Add autotune.
Step 4: Congratulations! You got yourself a profesional singer.
Well _someone_ didn’t have a regrettable nu metal phase from like 1999-2002 like those of us in high school then. I HATE his politics but the first album were fantastic and hold up far better than most of his contemporaries’ work of that era.
Edit: in reviewing I’m going to revise my statement to just the first hit album (Devil Without a Cause) instead of first 2.
What I always thought strange about her is that she grew up in the US but she really cannot speak English clearly. It sounds like a mouth full of marbles. Then I learned that she grew up around native Spanish speakers and it sort of clicked. The English I have so much trouble understanding is coming with a super heavy Spanish influenced accent. So, it makes more sense now but still she's over rated and annoying.
BTS - christ I've never heard more generic music in my life. My ex coworker was obsessed with them so I listened to a lot of their music against my will. Never. Again.
Relevant as to why:
https://youtu.be/J8LxORztUWY
Tldw: kpop is heavily manufactured by a select few corporations who exploit teenagers and children, locking them into demanding contracts that strip their life away from them.
A good thing to note here BTS came from a small company and are still to this day looked down upon by the majority of the major K-pop corporations. They have had zero industry backing their entire careers mostly due to them calling out the industry itself for its barbaric practices. They have several “diss tracks” touching on these subjects. They’ve survived the industry purely off of fan support. I don’t think it’s fair to associate BTS with these terrible practices and manufactured bs that they’ve had nothing to do with just because they “represent” K-pop. Tbh they aren’t even considered K-pop anymore but people see BTS and automatically attach these negative attributes to them which is unfortunate.
Oh yeah. I'm anti k-pop and j-pop and whatever else-pop because of that specifically. You can't have a life, you can't date, even in secret, because someone *will* find out and your career/reputation will likely never recover. I feel for the girl in Black Pink(?) who's being heavily criticized rn because of their Coachella set. All the tone deaf mega fans need to relax and remember *this is extremely intense 24/7, they don't get breaks from performing hardly ever. Leave the girl alone, they are human beings.* I have a performance to sing at tomorrow, and I have a cold on top of seasonal allergies. I can't imagine also being constantly exhausted and jet lagged, too.
Hey, at least they aren't technically in slave contracts anymore...barely....
I 100% agree with you… I can’t stand his music.
But my understanding is that he has like the most solid morals and integrity and is like super good to his fans. So he’s cool in my book.
His music is run of the mill party track rap, but he seems like an okay dude. There was that contest Walmart put on where he’d perform a concert at whichever Walmart location got the most votes. So trolls found the most isolated Walmart (somewhere in Alaska) and got it to win. He went, performed, and had a positive attitude about it. So he’s got my respect.
Look I get why people say this, they brought it on themselves, but at the end of the day KISS actually is full of talent. Ace Frehley can play the shit out of a guitar, Peter Criss can drum his ass off, and they can all harmonize pretty well, on top of doing everything in tight leather clothes and platform shoes that add like half a foot to their height. Plus, they’ve got some fucking bangers in the midst of their cheesier stuff, but KISS always played into the cheese factor. They were never meant to be taken super seriously, but they became rock legends in their time and at one point was one of the biggest bands in the world….then came the lunchboxes and all that shit
Yeah at least they have a few songs that are actually pretty decent.
>KISS always played into the cheese factor. They were never meant to be taken super seriously, but they became rock legends in their time and at one point was one of the biggest bands in the world
This was also my impression of them; I don't think they took *themselves* super seriously, hence the makeup and showmanship. They weren't trying to be Yngwie Malmsteen or something.
I have the same feeling about AC/DC and ZZ Top, which is going to irritate some people in this thread. That isn't an insult to them, however-- they accomplished exactly what they were aiming for! Mainstream appeal + massive record sales.
AC/DC and ZZ Top both have some actually amazing guitar work. Billy Gibbons is an accomplished blues rock guitarist and largely pioneered a unique playing style incorporating pinch harmonica far more than any of his contemporaries.
i have never liked the weeknd and i never will. something about the earnest “hhhh i wanna fuck” lyrics yet the calculated distance from true emotional intimacy or accountability makes my skin crawl. it’s helped to create these “soft bois” that think they’re such hot shit just because they can feign empathy and pretend to appreciate art. also the actual sound of his voice is just … so whiney and manufactured
Imagine Dragons. Berkeley School of Music graduates with every song repeating the same vocal and musical tricks. They did a jazz version of one of their songs on Howard Stern that showcased their talents. Yet, they repeat their “winning” formula to sell the next album.
Jennifer Lopez. Horrible, horrible, umm.... music? Just noise over Ashanti's vocals. I've heard better sounds from a colonoscapy. Also she just fucked her way into whatever career she needed. Google, "Jlo tries to sing Whitney Houston."
Drake. “I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his fucking voice, I don’t like the shit he talks about, I don’t like his face, I don’t like the way he walks, I don’t like his haircut” —DMX. PERFECT.
Ed Sheeran is that guy that brought an acoustic guitar to every single college party even when absolutely no one asked him to. He can play fine, he can sing decently, but his entire vibe is that of a buzz kill trying to pass out flyers on the school quad
I went down a rabbit hole and discovered the cult that is Swift fans.
They literally develop entire conspiracy theories surrounding her life. It’s unhinged as fuck.
Dude in the middle of his concert I went to, he told the rest of his band to take a break, brought Obama out, and they did an episode of their podcast. Then Bruce cut him off mid thought, ended the episode, brought the band back out and acted like nothing happened. Later found out there was a scheduling error and they needed a new episode for the next day so he did what must be done and Obama flew down just for that. It was pretty cool. Shit my pants though
I was looking for this comment. Thanks for being the one who said it! My sister is a hard-core Swiftie and while she isn't wrong about there being a few decent songs that aren't playing on the radio (or whatever the heck is used nowadays), I absolutely do not understand the literal OBSESSION that people have with her.
IMO, Lady Gaga > Taylor Swift in every aspect of being a performing artist - talent, musical abilities, acting, vocals, all of it.
And this is coming from a 30f metalhead, but I digress.
Absolutely! I mean Gaga is professionally trained, went to NYU Tisch, and everything. TS has an honorary doctorate from there and it baffles me how that just happened. If anything it should have been awarded to Gaga. It’s often an indication when you see the age and maturity of their fan base and you can tell which artist is the superior one.
She's good, but the fucking religious fanaticism I've seen from her fans is genuinely scary.
Like when Eras launched I saw multiple women saying they were literally sucking dick and selling plasma for rent money after draining their bank account and savings to buy tickets.
Y'all got a problem.
The two I know of who were selling plasma were in Nashville but the girl saying she had to suck dick for rent was a girl interviewed on a podcast I saw a clip of on Tik Tok.
To paraphrase "Ya I didn't care how much they cost, I was getting tickets. I bought em off a girl I know who couldn't go because of a surgery for like four grand, which was gonna be my rent for this month but I've blown my landlord when I was short on rent before so I think he'll understand if I do it again"
Maybe overrated by some people. I’m not a crazy Stan, but she’s a talented singer and she has good music. When it comes to pop it doesn’t get a ton better.
I'm not a fan like my daughter is for her, but I have been to her concerts. I have to say that she is extremely good live and even better than her albums.
Some artists are so overrated that their voices get annoying (maybe thats just me). I find her voice, tswift's, and Harry Styles's voices very annoying. Often, I find myself looking for covers of their songs to listen to if it has a good beat/lyrics (which is few and far between). I believe actors can suffer from it too (the rock and Kevin Hart in animated movies).
Mariah Carey (when she could still sing). Yes she had amazing range but her songs were so… bland. Banal. The same. I feel similarly about Ariana Grande today- great range, crappy songs. It’s like they both are trying to sound like breathy, sultry teenage girls… it’s cringy.
Rihanna- I never thought she could sing. She’s entertaining, but not a singer.
Billie Eilish. I haven't seen her name in this post and it's a mystery to me. Can barely sing, mostly propelled by her parents' industry connections. I like some of her songs but the talent ain't there.
While we're at it, Kid Laroi for the same reason. Except I don't like his songs in the slightest.
I see what’s going on! This is a give your harmless opinion and get downvoted to hell
So I’ll say Nickelback ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)
There’s an episode of That 70’s show where Eric really wants to see Styx. The whole time the entire group is hating on him. Saying how much they suck etc… then in the very end it turns out they all went because they secretly liked them, but “everyone says they suck” so they wanted to go and no one know…
I feel this is now Nickleback… there has to be a reason why they are still around when many of the bands that came out around the same time are gone.
Some day before the world ends, all the people that helped make Nickelback one of the biggest bands of the 90s are going to see their moment to shed their disguise and will proudly declare their undying love for them. They didn't buy all those freaking albums themselves.
Of all the male pop artist to come out of the UK in the last decade Harry is honestly one of the ones I think of as a genuine talent. Guess his roots being in xfactor will always make him lesser to some people though
Gonna get roasted alive for this, but Beyoncé. I’m not saying she isn’t talented. I am saying that she—and probably anyone else—doesn’t live up to the hype.
Springsteen is about being a songwriter, both him and Bob Dylan could be out sung by an average domestic cat, but they have written some brilliant songs
I’ll never forgive them for putting their annoying ass album on everyone’s Apple Music. I’d be on shuffle and suddenly that trash comes on and it was offensive.
Beyoncé and
Taylor Swift
Their music is repetitive Beyoncé is always singing about how she’s making some boy go crazy for her or she’s a bad b*tch. Meanwhile Taylor is singing about going crazy or some brake up song. There is no real substance to their music for me as someone who listens to songs for the lyrics and meanings behind the songs it’s literal trash what these two put out. Like dang girls go to therapy and stop being so spiteful.
Grateful Dead is the pickleball of music. It’s not really that good or creative but upper middle class white people will tell you it’s the best thing on the planet.
I feel like a lot of people force themselves to like the Grateful Dead because all the art/merch surrounding them has one of the cooler psychedelic aesthetics.
Overplayed they haven't been popular since the '90s. White people can do reggae and they do a mighty fine job. If that's how you feel, that's cool. I have strong opinions on music as well
Is the Korean band Bts too insignificant or too worthy to be mentioned here in this post. I've been scrolling like forever, and i don't see them mentioned anywhere

Adam Levine.
For sure! Always felt a creepy vibe about him.
He's the personification of The materialistic Hollywood aesthetic
When the guy that sang This Love came out covered in tattoos, it was as convincingly edgy as Pat Monahan wearing a leather bikers jacket. Hoodlum cosplay.
Let’s not forget that he was also born with an enormous silver spoon in his mouth which makes him all the more annoying as a celebrity given he didn’t even have to work to be this level of blasé
I seriously don't understand why I even know his name. Should've had like 2 temporary hits with Maroon 5 and then faded into obscurity.
He became middle aged mom fantasy porn. Like he turned into what middle aged gen Xrs thought was sexy and edgy. That demographic will make you rich. Like 50 shades of grey
songs about jane album was perfection. they should have never changed from that style.
Very punchable
I like the maroon 5 early stuff but within a couple years he turned into middle aged white mom fodder
Drake has the most unpleasant music I’ve ever heard and it will baffle me until the end of time how he was arguably one of the 5 most popular artists for about a decade
Drake is a perfect example of the kind of music that will be replaced by ai (and to an extent, it already has).
All his songs sound like he is reading a broken text message
Drake the type of dude to get replaced by chatGPT 3.5.
"You know when I'm prompt engineering / that can only mean one thing."
While it’s cool that people can make rap music using just a laptop and a mic, I think it also shows just how simple most rap music is. And honestly kinda boring. That’s just my opinion tho, and I’m glad people enjoy that stuff, I just rly don’t get it.

Beyonce
Yes! Was asked to sing at Obama's 2nd inauguration. Lip synced because it was "too cold." His 1st inauguration, Aretha, belted it out in colder temperatures.
Yeah but Aretha is a superhuman goddess
And Beyoncé isn’t.
I read somewhere some years ago that Halo was the best and most successful song ever. I'm like, dude, it's not even the best song named Halo!
You're right. I remember hearing Kelly Clarkson (who sang live at the inauguration) in an interview stating she asked Beyonce how she prepared to sing in the colder weather. Beyonce never responded and Kelly later found out Beyonce had lip synced.
Everyone wants to party with Aretha!!!
Truth.

When she was in destiny's child they always made it look like Kelly Rowlands voice was her voice and I felt like I had been lied to.
So she is marketing's child
FINALLY … YES!
Thank God someone else said it.
to the left..to the left
All your shitty records in a box to the left…
I would upvote this 1,000,000 times if I could.
Oh thank god, I thought it was just me

Jared Leto - he’s more interested in building his cult and it shows.
Right? Dude can not even manage to do one interview without coming off like he's about to ask you to rent your youngest child and oldest dog.

I know of a certain gathering of men where you can beat the ever living shit out of him if you're interested. I can't tell you the name, though.
Hey! Remember the first rule!
I tried to dance around it, I really did.
He's creepy AF
Jennifer Lopez
🎶 Fulfill all your weeshes with my taco flavored keeses🎶
I love you Ben, you almost make me forget about tacoooooos ❤️
Taco taco burrito burrito taco taco!
Yes, she gets more annoying every year. Attention hog. Who cares about Ben Afflek? He was a sick to his first wife, and she’s clinging to ‘relevancy.’
Bad bunny = auto tune
Step 1:Get a random guy. Step 2:Tell him to start mumbling like he's drunk. Step 3: Add autotune. Step 4: Congratulations! You got yourself a profesional singer.
wait until you understand the lyrics. It gets worse
I looked them up for a few songs just to understand. They are abysmal. Definitely one of those, “oh, so humanity is screwed” sorts of moments.
His lyrics are absolute trash that would look immature if a horny 12 year old sang them while looking for a pie to fuck.
Kid Rock. Politics aside, I just don’t see any talent there.
Kid Rock is the human version of an above-ground swimming pool
Above ground pool with 50% water, 30% Bud Light and 20% piss.
I saw an interview years ago where Kid Rock himself said he had no talent and had no clue how he actually got famous.
Probably something to do with having parents that had money
That's the first thing kid rock's ever said that I actually agree with.

This made me actually lol
Yup she’s like 70% marketing and the music videos are fire
60% boobies. Like I don't want to be shallow but yeah
I remember seeing her on SNL years ago. She should have just lip-synched like Ashley Simpson. Horrible.

Imagine Dragons. Berkeley School of Music graduates with every song repeating the same vocal and musical tricks. They did a jazz version of one of their songs on Howard Stern that showcased their talents. Yet, they repeat their “winning” formula to sell the next album.
Every album that imagine dragons releases has exactly one good song on it the rest are crap
Beyonce
Bieber
Michael Bolton, he's a no-talent ass-clown.
Jennifer Lopez. Horrible, horrible, umm.... music? Just noise over Ashanti's vocals. I've heard better sounds from a colonoscapy. Also she just fucked her way into whatever career she needed. Google, "Jlo tries to sing Whitney Houston." Drake. “I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his fucking voice, I don’t like the shit he talks about, I don’t like his face, I don’t like the way he walks, I don’t like his haircut” —DMX. PERFECT.
Kanye
Nicki Minaj I cannot stand that monotone voice. Makes me wanna bite someone.
This is actually the first post here I don’t fully agree with. I don’t listen to nicki often but she’s better than most
Ice Spice
Beyonce
Ed Sheeran. He's not *bad*, but like. Don't get the hype st all.
Most of Ed’s radio hits don’t really reflect how talented he actually is.
Ed Sheeran is that guy that brought an acoustic guitar to every single college party even when absolutely no one asked him to. He can play fine, he can sing decently, but his entire vibe is that of a buzz kill trying to pass out flyers on the school quad
Taylor Swift
I went down a rabbit hole and discovered the cult that is Swift fans. They literally develop entire conspiracy theories surrounding her life. It’s unhinged as fuck.
They are apparently wearing nappies to her 3 hour shows so they don’t miss songs
Lol I once saw a Bruce Springsteen concert and held it, fucking amateurs
I am also a 31F metalhead & totally agree. I have a very good friend who's OBSESSED & I just can't see it. Her songs are so basic omfg
That’s disgusting. Where did you see these women specifically? Like what particular city?
The two I know of who were selling plasma were in Nashville but the girl saying she had to suck dick for rent was a girl interviewed on a podcast I saw a clip of on Tik Tok. To paraphrase "Ya I didn't care how much they cost, I was getting tickets. I bought em off a girl I know who couldn't go because of a surgery for like four grand, which was gonna be my rent for this month but I've blown my landlord when I was short on rent before so I think he'll understand if I do it again"
That landlord is a moron. A blowjob's not worth 4k by any stretch of the imagination. He could easily get blown for 100 times less than that by me
I’ve always considered her more of a businesswoman than anything.
Yes. And she's a very good one.
i hate to admit it but i love the 1989 album.
She's a fantastic song writer and has written many for other artists and I think she should stick with that
Ariana Grande… simply for the fact I cannot understand what she’s saying lol.
Some artists are so overrated that their voices get annoying (maybe thats just me). I find her voice, tswift's, and Harry Styles's voices very annoying. Often, I find myself looking for covers of their songs to listen to if it has a good beat/lyrics (which is few and far between). I believe actors can suffer from it too (the rock and Kevin Hart in animated movies).
lmfao me too, she sings with her nose
Bono
Whats the difference between Bono and God? God doesnt walk around pretending he’s Bono….
Billie Eilish. She doesn't sing. She whisper-mumbles. Her songs are like Ambien. I don't get the appeal at all.
And she’s the embodiment of “I’m 14 and this is deep.”
What Mariah songs/albums specifically were bland/banal to you?
Gary Glitter
Since someone already said Beyonce and Drake. My next pick is Meghan Trainor
BEYONCE AND JLO🤮
Halsey and her tortured Bjork-ripoff “singing” Imagine Dragons
How the fuck is not Coldplay in everyone's top list? It's like "Wish" pop version of Radiohead
U2
Phish
Morgan Wallen. Hot garbage was #1 for what…
Can we just say most pop country fucking blows, we know the kind of audience that listens to it.
*all All pop country fucking blows. The Normal audience is even worse somehow.
Agreed give me Colter Wall or Tyler Childers any day over that pop country garabge
Britney spears. Sure, she was cute when she was young. But when you compare her voice to Christina, Pink, Floor... She sounds rather anoying
Adam Levine sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me. I’d actually prefer to listen to nails on a chalkboard.
Beyoncé No hate, but the whole Mrs. Carter thing gave me the ick and kinda turned me off of her music then and there.
Taylor Swift
Bono / U2
I see what’s going on! This is a give your harmless opinion and get downvoted to hell So I’ll say Nickelback ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)
There’s an episode of That 70’s show where Eric really wants to see Styx. The whole time the entire group is hating on him. Saying how much they suck etc… then in the very end it turns out they all went because they secretly liked them, but “everyone says they suck” so they wanted to go and no one know… I feel this is now Nickleback… there has to be a reason why they are still around when many of the bands that came out around the same time are gone.
I think Nickelback is largely generic, crap rock but I see the talent even though it’s not my jam. Rockstar is a damn good song though.
Some day before the world ends, all the people that helped make Nickelback one of the biggest bands of the 90s are going to see their moment to shed their disguise and will proudly declare their undying love for them. They didn't buy all those freaking albums themselves.
Harry styles honestly.
I am not his fan but i think he has some good songs and voice
Of all the male pop artist to come out of the UK in the last decade Harry is honestly one of the ones I think of as a genuine talent. Guess his roots being in xfactor will always make him lesser to some people though
I will never in my life understand what makes people go see Jimmy Buffett
Gonna get roasted alive for this, but Beyoncé. I’m not saying she isn’t talented. I am saying that she—and probably anyone else—doesn’t live up to the hype.
Coldplay. The music is the aural equivalent of cardboard.
Springsteen. He sounds like someone is dragging an aluminum garbage can down a gravel road.
Sure, but so does Tom Waits and IT'S THE BEST!
Springsteen is about being a songwriter, both him and Bob Dylan could be out sung by an average domestic cat, but they have written some brilliant songs
🐈🐈😹 Edit to say the cat comment is probably my favorite thing this week
I’m On Fire is a good song though. But otherwise I agree.
Bono/U2
I’ll never forgive them for putting their annoying ass album on everyone’s Apple Music. I’d be on shuffle and suddenly that trash comes on and it was offensive.
Katy Perry
Beyoncé and Taylor Swift Their music is repetitive Beyoncé is always singing about how she’s making some boy go crazy for her or she’s a bad b*tch. Meanwhile Taylor is singing about going crazy or some brake up song. There is no real substance to their music for me as someone who listens to songs for the lyrics and meanings behind the songs it’s literal trash what these two put out. Like dang girls go to therapy and stop being so spiteful.
Taylor Swift, no contest
Grateful Dead is the pickleball of music. It’s not really that good or creative but upper middle class white people will tell you it’s the best thing on the planet.
Yh, never understood the hype. I LOVE 60s and '70s music, but GD is just not good
They're a jam band, man. Only good when you high af at the show with 100,000 other high af people!
I feel like a lot of people force themselves to like the Grateful Dead because all the art/merch surrounding them has one of the cooler psychedelic aesthetics.
I'm convinced half of these responses are rage-bait
UB40 Fucking hate those lame ass posers. Bunch of overplayed white guys pretending to do reggae with whiny irritating voices.
Overplayed they haven't been popular since the '90s. White people can do reggae and they do a mighty fine job. If that's how you feel, that's cool. I have strong opinions on music as well
All they did was covers. Not an original bone in any of them.
Exactly. If they come on the radio I change the station.
Is the Korean band Bts too insignificant or too worthy to be mentioned here in this post. I've been scrolling like forever, and i don't see them mentioned anywhere
KENNY G Dear god make it stop
