I'd narrow that down to violations of "malum in se" laws.
Otherwise we'd have people making laws to do all sorts of crazy shit. Plenty of states would no longer have any LGBT population - they'd just make it illegal!
That said, there may be other advantages. We could make getting cancer illegal.....
Lots of implications there.
Not to ignore the fact that like 99% of cancers are incurable once you are diagnosed with them.
I think prostate cancer is one of the lucky few that can be reversed if action is taken immediately.
That is so, so not true.
My MiL has Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
The survival rates are as follows.
Stage 1 — 73.6 percent
Stage 2 — 73.6 percent
Stage 3 — 63.7 percent
Stage 4 — 53.2 percent
If you suspect you have a problem, get tested sooner than later. It makes a big difference.
For another example: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
With current treatment regimens, about 80%–90% of people with ALL will reach a complete remission (which means that leukemia cells cannot be seen in the bone marrow). About half of these people relapse.
About 40%–50% of people with ALL reach a complete remission and do not relapse.
Cancer IS curable. You have to give others hope they can live...not give up at the start because someone said they have a 1% survival rate.
Greed. It's the driving force behind almost every societal ill. War? Greed. Crime? Greed. Poverty? Greed. We'd probably have a more peaceful existence without greed.

Excessive taxes and regressive taxes on the working poor. I believe it is a violation of the Geneva convention because it is the inverse condemnation of a person’s life.
The ability for anyone to possess more than USD$100m or equivalent in money, shares, property and/or anything else. Every dollar in value above that gets liquidated and that dollar gets assigned to the current poorest person alive.
Unpopular opinion here but US. The human race. Overall we will praise ourselves for coming together during times like 9/11 or covid, yet we can't bother ourselves to ask someone that looks dead on the sidewalk if they are OK. Especially if they are in addiction. That's the problem also. We have decided somewhere along the way to play judge jury and executioner of our fellow man with our assumptions and judgments of them at a glance. People tell me "but look at what humanity did here and there that was soo good!". And I say "that only makes it worse because it shows the capacity we have to do good but we actively chose not too because we might be put out or simply just dont give a shit." I really hope we never get off this rock.
Capitalism, it works for now but is getting out of hand with all these companies sucking the life outta employees for the result of profits every single year. There’s ganna come a point where u can’t just make profits all the time
"In a true capitalist system, businesses are subject to the forces of market discipline. This means that companies must be accountable for their actions and decisions, facing the consequences of success or failure based on their strategies and market performance."
There are 3 major players involved.
Business, Consumers and Government. The first two are supposed to be the only active players in the market with the government more of a referee role.
What happened in America is the consumers are not active participants and consistently voted to increase the size and scope of the government. Now businesses lobby the government (paying off the ref) and the media (which some consider the 4th branch of government.)
So now it is an uneven playing field. However, it is still better than the other economic systems where the government is the main player to begin with.
Capitalism at least gives the consumers a fighting chance whereas things like socialism/communism the only solution is overthrow regimes or wait for them to fail.
Even in a crony capitalist system you stand a better chance, but it takes a leader to unite the consumers who are being misled. (which is why every great leader that did this was assassinated mysteriously) You can still vote in elections, protest, boycott, stop watching the news, stop voting for politicians who are corrupt, vote for smaller more decentralized government and restore balance of the free market.
The greatest accomplishments have come from free market systems.
How are companies "sucking the life outta employees" exactly? If anything employees are sucking the life out of companies. All I see are lazy workers with low levels of skills who want more and more money for working less and less and companies struggling to deal with the high cost of raw materials while at the same time dealing with having to pay low skilled workers way more than they are worth because of government mandated increases in minimum wage.
Let’s say I get paid $20/hr to make lattes. The company I work for sells each latte for $5. I make 15 lattes on a shift, making the company $75 an hour. Why is the company withholding the money that I generate for them from my labor? Is overhead really costing the company $55/hr per employee?
Right Winger politics because they think that anybody who is concerned and wants to take action on Climate Change, gun violence, poverty, homelessness and affordability, the wealth gap, gender equity, racial equity, the environment, endangered species, and the next pandemic is an extremist left winger and lying about it.
Where there's a problem, somebody is working on a solution. Where there's a solution, the Right Wing will be there to whine, complain and campaign against it.
"Us good humans. Them bad humans! Ooga booga". Calm down. The left and the right cut each other down until neither of you have a leg to stand on. Both the left and the right have lied and continue to lie to achieve their goals.

Stigma, cancer, or mental health issues
The way the world especially the internet became after 2009
I'd go back to 2001 on that
My personal choice would be cancer. Nobody has to deal with it anymore. Those who have it when it’s eradicated will be immediately cured.
Agreed, lost 2 people to it. Fuck cancer.

I first eagerly said "mosquitos", then said, "oh no, cancer, for sure".
I'll live with cancer over mental health any day of the week
Poverty
That’d get rid of a whole host of problems along with it, I like that idea!
Thanos snaps, saying I have granted your request. Poor people everywhere start collapsing into piles of dust.
Well, that’s one way.
Or maybe kill all the wealth hoarders?
Killing would be extreme, but maybe we can send them to the moon on their personalized spaceships?
Nah, fuck it kill em. They cause so much death and suffering just to satisfy their massive egos or whatever.

kill multiple stuff with one stone: poverty, severe illness, famine, etc
But if someone wants to suffer, for example in the form of watching a horror movie, that would prevent it.

as an advocate for autism I would want to see myths and misunderstandings about autism be eradicated so people can see and better understand it
Why not just eradicate autism then?
Because autism is not a problem.

What we have not is not true capitalism, it is crony capitalism.
Capitalism will always lead to crony capitalism which leads to imperialism, which is actually what we have now.
