I have been using myrepublic fiber since I think they started have been super happy and have had zero issues. They send out email in advance when they are going to shut down for maintenance which is usually at 3am so do does not matter really anyway. Their customer service has been good and I have zero complaints. Oh and they don't throttle.
Would not switch.
Happy MyRepublic customer as well. Used to be on starhub and Singtel before that.
The customer support for MyRepublic is so much easier to get help from. The other ones just taichi different department
You mean like, wifi connectivity and all that? My devices are all using wired connections unless its impossible to be wired. Still getting issues, might be the area I'm in though.
using whizcomm about 7yrs now, zero issue except for 2-3time when singtel network is down.
no comment about their customer services support because i never had to use them.
not to mention is the cheapest in market 2.5gb at $21.80 with 12mth contract
I've been getting a lot of packet loss for some games on Singtel, not sure if I want to keep using Singtel's infrastructure...
Then again, maybe the other providers who are on Singtel's infrastructure use the infrastructure differently and it'll be better?
Did plenty of review and research and the answer is MyRepublic, best so far with no issue. In my whole 2 and a half years with them literally only 1 down time which they email in advance. Good price, good app, can’t complain at all.
MyRepublic is definitely top tier here. Used to be on Singtel, where my surfing and gaming experience was just plagued with lag. Changed to MyRepublic and never experienced anything bad, in game ping even dropped to 3ms (from constant 9ms). Turns out MyRepublic routes your packets more efficiently than Singtel.
I changed my router to a mesh system (deco) compared to the trash they gave tgt with it. Best investment decision I made in recent times. Much better wifi at home.
Currently on 1GBPS ViewQuest for about a year after moving out. I decided on them cause I was doing the whole networking myself, so I just needed their modem. For router I’m using the EdgeRouter X and the WiFi and switch is by Ubiquity
Been using MyRepublic for quite some time. But connectivity is a little intermittent recently, especially after I moved to bukit merah area. The other MyRepublic users, no one else having issues with connectivity/latency?
I use Starhub 1gbps. Recontract every 2 years. On my first recontract currently. So far the internet went off 2 times that I noticed. If you're lucky you might get a free Disney+ subscription for a few months. My 1st recontract I got 3 months Disney+ free subscription and 6 months billing written off for free.

+1 for MyRepublic

Myrepublic would be the best so far in terms of price and performance. Have used singtel and starhub before that.
Myrepublic 1gbps fibre too. Uneventful contract years. Which is the absolute best. No bs to deal with. Shiok
+1 MyRepublic so much more stable and less downtime. I previously used M1. Would go down randomly with no explanations.
most wifi issues are due to your router. try changing that first.
Internal network and internet issues are separate things. If your internal network is shit changing isp won't help matters

Starhub 500 mbps. Serves me well.
Is that plan... going to be retired soon?
No idea but have been using this plan for over a decade.
m1, pretty good
Same, M1 and no issues so far. Hope I didn’t jinx it.
it's weird how they have great internet service but horrible mobile service
My entire household used to be on M1 for all mobile and broadband. But yeah, they seriously fell off in the mobile dept.
Just switched to myrepublic from m1. So far about the same regarding connection wise.
Singtel - no issues
Maybe it’s just settings with your router and wifi conflict with your neighbors. Check it via cabled connection to see if it’s the ISP or your wifi.

simba bringing 10gbps for some ridiculously low price soon
unfortunately my area wasn't connected to simba even if they launch the services
Switched from singtel to myrepublic, never looked back. It was so bad it was intermittent for 3weeks. Didn't get compensated.
If you play games, steer clear of simba. I would suggest whizcoms as they're piggybacking on singtel infrastructure.

M1. Been using it since I moved in 6 years plus and only one major downtime previously

starhub. hardware sucks but connection stable and fast
What do you mean hardware sucks?
they give the Nokia beacon mesh. it's so bad
I use starlink
Starhub. Price locked in since 2018. $40

MyRepublic is the best no frills out there !
