One nice thing about them is that they use Eero for Wifi so it’s better than the other discount brands that either give you nothing or some random integrated wifi modem that isn’t great.
Im with them. Good price but you’re at the Mercy of Rogers unreliability, since thats who their line provider is. If you have an issue, there is no phone support to speak with someone. Everything is done by text, or social media DMs.
I switched from Teksavvy well over a year ago. They’re legit. They are a Rogers reseller. So if there is something wrong on Roger’s end there is only so much Oxio can do. So far I have found it reliable and the customer service is good.

Pros: 5 minute signup process, received modem and router in 3 days, quick and reliable customer support- had issues solved within 20 minutes, stable connectivity, and speeds as advertised
Cons: No ability to call an agent (support is through chat which I do not mind but some people may not like that)
