So with PrEP on demand is 2-1-1. 2 pulls 24 hours before act, and one 24 hours after until complete 4 count, or as was told if I would continue having sex continue 1 every 24 hrs.
I’m not a doctor, but I do Prep on demand, and I don’t think that’s quite right. You take the third pill 24 hours after you took the first two, not 24 hours after sex. That way you’re taking the meds every 24 hours. By your schedule, you’d be missing a dose.
I was also told I could take the first two as little as two hours before the sex, up to 24 hours.

Good luck with it. It works well for me, but I do get an upset stomach from the double pill on the first day.
