Same for me. Working full time and now also working out. Before I started going to the gym I wasn't as tired, but I hope it will pass and I'll have more energy from doing regular physical activity.
But apart from that I'm just mentally exhausted by my work and so many things that are all the time on my mind...
You may or may not have more energy. You're probably going to feel the same, rest wise, but you'll get more done in a day considering that you do what you've been doing but added a commitment on top. That's progress. I found this to be true but did speak to my doctor about sleep quality and after a referral, I'm seeing good results. Keep up the activity, it's going to be the best thing in terms of you.

If someone's interested I've made a whole post about it on another sub. I didn't know there would be cocaine. No, thank you very much, sir, but I'm not into that.

The next couple of years are going to be incredibly tough for me, because I'll have to face a lot of changes, but I hope I'll come through that.
And let's hope all of us tired 27 year olds will be fucking pumped up 30 year olds in 3 years.

There are many young pop punk bands and people making music inspired by that genre. You just have to seek them out.
Olivia Rodrigo, Willow, and Meet Me at the Altar off the top of my head. Also Avril released a great pop punk album just last year.

Yup that’s precisely what I meant! I‘ve grown up so much in the pst couple months and I‘m really grateful for everything, as cliché as it sounds… and we still have the benefit of looking somewhat (?) young :)
Just turned 65. Contrary to popular opinion, I’m glad I’m not young anymore and have worked through all the crap of being young and insecure. Hang in there guys!
