I recommend watching reactors seeing it for the first time because you get to watch it with them, hear their thoughts about it, and see them get their mind blown with all the plot twists. If those count as rewatches (which I think it should since I also notice new things), then I've "rewatched" AOT >25 times.

I’ve stopped counting, but the first 2 seasons probably 10 times and 3+4 maybe 4-5 times. I usually skip the first part of season 3 and parts of 4 though

I’ve watched s1-s4 part 1 7 times and then the rest of it 2 times

Well not since completion, but i have rewatched rhe show like 6-7 times and reread the manga 1.5 times. (i started the manga at where season 3 part 1 ends and rhe battle for shiganshina starts, then i reread it from chapter 1-139)
