Four fingers and shortcut makes straight flush laughably easy. Straight flush checks for if you hand have both straight and flush, which means straight flush can be formed with four fingers by having a 4 card straight with 3 cards being the same suit, and adding a random card with that suit and form a straight flush. (For example: Diamond J, 10, 9, 2 and a Spade 8 can be a straight flush, this of course works with shortcut so it could be Diamond K, J, 9, 2 and a Spade 7 and it would fucking work). The only problem is your straight flush may not be that leveled up so it might be worse than straight rn, but straight flush have better scaling when leveled.
Super position generate tarot cards, Seance generates spectral cards. With them being generated every hand you can manipulate your deck into cards that you need and then you can switch them into mult jokers.
I played Vagabod runs a lot of times, it's much easier to play a hand than a straight flush or straight with an ace.
You are gonna have those planets stacked to not lose the blind, or get it really early, even if you get a Spectral and a Tarot card per hand it doesn't increase your score, specially not a Spectral card.
I am not saying it cannot work, but you need some Neptunes and Saturns before you can afford to do it.

Yeah, this. Also, there's not enough info here for us to really tell you one way or the other. Including info like #mult on the joker and the level your straights are on would inform this decision if it mattered more (i.e. clearing the run).

I am thinking of going with pink joker anyway as it’s a good point to just get it unlocked, but was also thinking that Pink Joker might actually help me play multiple straights per blind, and thus level up Runner even more, which would at least be some compensation.
Oops, reading is hard, sorry about that. Yeah at that level of investment just grab the new joker. Unless you're convinced you're gonna make it through ante 10 or whatever level the unlock happens at (11?)
As others have said, it's worth adding to the collection, but your run will probably end.
For run winning, you wouldn't want too many enabling jokers (shortcut, and 4 fingers, making hands easier) that don't actually do any numbers themselves.
Supernova is really good, and i don't see other +mult jokers
Ante 9. Fairly new to the game, hence calling “pink joker” because I haven’t used it to unlock yet. Given I already have shortcut and runner, just wondering if it’s worth sacrificing I bit of mult with Supernova. Supernova is currently worth 10 mult for straights (played straights 10 times) but obviously that’s rising since I’m able to play straights most blinds now due to shortcut. …..pink joker would only make this even easier which is tempting but sacrifices mult.
+10 mult is ridiculously easy to get from some other source.
A single empress card will give you +8, and doesn't take a joker slot.
Two Neptunes also give you +8 without taking joker slots - and also add 80 to your chips per hand.
As far as scaling +Mult cards go, Supernova is not that great. Unless you can play a straight flush without winning the round, you're only going to get +1 mult per round on it. (If you're playing two straight flushes per round, that's +2 gain per round). Fortune Teller will give you as much +mult as you can afford in the shop and Bootstraps rises much much faster with a good economy (though puts a squeeze on how much you can spend)
See how you’ve probably added a lot of cards to your deck and it maybe harder to find straights I’d get it and sell the nova. Just make sure to by as many Saturns you can.
I would also get the voucher if possible so you can increase the xmult on the hologram. Plus i wouldn't worry about supernova at only 10 hands played because the other holographic joker should cover the base mult.

I see Thankyou. And you were right, my straight flush ended up not as levelled so straight was worth more.
