It’s not just the train. There’s a dead zone between Innisfil and Bradford when you drive along yonge st too.

graham464646

I use Rogers and it is the same

cashrchek

Is this new? I always stream music when I'm on the train and I've never had any issues (also on Rogers), but then I don't take it often.

drlasr

Music will be much easier to stream on a very slow connection when compared to a video or web browsing

muskokadreaming

Music apps build up a cache and buffer it, so you likely wouldn't notice data gaps

lingpisat

I use virgin/bell and same issue

buster_rhino

Yeah there’s just no coverage in that area.

DisembodiedHand

It is indeed a pure vacuum. Nothing in or out. and Go wireless is complete ass.

starry101

Koodo, Telus, Bell and Virgin are all on the same network. Rogers and Fido are on the other. So switching from Koodo to Telus won’t really improve your coverage since it’s the same network (they're actually the same company).

CryoPig

Ya I'm not on the train, but drive up the tenth every morning and down every evening between 88 and 89 and it's exceptional bad there, and not great between 89 and Innisfil beach. When on a phone call in these areas my calls usually drop

sakhmeth

It's a dead spot. I just prepare by loading what I need before Bradford. It comes back a few minutes south of Barrie South.

lepreqon_

I'm on Fido, it's usually podcasts or music for me and no issues.

twistytravster

I took the GO train 10 years ago & that area has always been bad.

Chretiennn

Same with East Gwillimbury to Newmarket. Third world infrastructure for the biggest metro area in the country.

Dantaeus

I’m rogers and never have this problem

Jdreamerhard

It is new? I use Rogers and didn't have any issues.

NickiChaos

Not new. I use Rogers and there's spots between Barrie South, all the way down to East Gwillimbury that just have zero signal.
