I'm really high on Sheppard. Added this one to go with quite a few others.

Really hope that’s what happens. Will be livid if they just leave him as a back up center. It’s time for Bam to be at his true position! Ware looks to be a great piece and hope it pans out.
I feel pretty confident they both a) wanted to stay cap flexible going into free agency b) likely have a trade brewing for either Garland or Dejounte Murray and were just amassing assets for that trade/did not want overly deplete available assets from that trade.
I just have to believe something else going on there. Or they didn’t rate anyone else in the draft very highly and were okay with punting that pick.
Bringing Dejounte back a year later was nowhere on my bingo card. 👀 I agree there have to be further moves planned with the new assets...they don't want to waste any years of Wemby, or even put themselves into a position to be accused of that come contract time. Really curious what comes next. I thought Rob was an interesting high-energy pick for them at #8, and SA as a non-rebuilding team immediately turned him into the most vague 2030s assets imaginable.
Super excited to see Dilly run alongside Ant tho.
They still have 2 round two picks. They probably felt getting two future picks was better deal for their #8, and maybe use those future picks in other trades. And they can still get a decent player that they want in round 2.
Dillingham would've been an awful pick for SA (you can't draft PGs at 4 and 8...if you have so much doubt in a PG at 4 then don't take him). More so, I think it speaks to how they absolutely didn't like anyone left in the draft. Would also explain why they didn't make the seemingly obvious move of trading down from 4 to 7 or 9 when there was no chance of Portland, Charlotte or Detroit drafting a PG. Apparently Memphis was offering 9 + 2 firsts to move up for Clingan and they turned it down to ensure they got Castle. I buy the idea that we aren't gonna have good picks in Wemby's prime so the swap should def convey and what are the odds a guy like Ant wants to stay in Minnesota long term? Majority of the other good pieces on Minnesota will be out of the league by 2031
Sarr, Sheppard, Castle, Knecht, Collier. I really wish Topic would have gone somewhere else. Thought him in Spurs would have been a match made in heaven.
I’ll buy what I can of the Knicks’ pick and hope he’s good. I did the same with Jericho Sims, Trevor Keels, McBride, Grimes, IQ and Toppin etc. for the past few years.
It doesn’t always work out but I do have some great cards of mediocre players.
I’d love to get my hands on any Tidjane Salaun card cause I’m a hornets fan and I want him in a hornets jersey but I don’t collect sports cards so when would these release or the soonest release?
Can’t wait to see what bust people are going to drop thousands on
Bronny is him
Bronny/bron 1/1 auto
As a rockets fan I have to go Sheppard.

Same here, only gonna collect the guys my team drafts
Rob Dillingham, super excited to see him added to this Wolves team.
Buying all Kel'El Ware!
Finally Bam to the 4!!

I trust the Spurs the most out of the top draft teams so Stephon Castle
I need help understanding the Dillingham trade.

Yeah, as a Mavs fan the Wolves adding Dillingham and TSJ is scary. Will be a really fun team to watch though.
San Antonio banking on Ant asking out after his contract is up...

Sarr and Bub!

Im grabbing all rob d and Shannon for my wolves pc !
As a Knick fan you get used to not caring about rookies.
I guess I'm a Jared McCain fan now, his tik toks are a hit with the fan base!
I was thinking about getting a Bronny auto (Lakers fan and I’m assuming we’re gonna get him) but then realized how expensive it is. Ridiculous
All wizards roookies (I’m a wizards fan)

Missi, pels PC and just nice upside

Man I didn’t even know the draft was today until I started seeing the picks get posted 💀 felt like I’ve seen zero press around it
Cuz this years draft is lowkey dog shit other than edey
Wild that the only good player in the draft got picked 9th lol.
Shit I’m a grizz fan what can I say🤷♂️
I respect it
I agree, I heard a lot more build-up to the NFL draft. If I wasn't looking forward to it, I would have completely missed it.
