He played 70 games - averaged nearly 23, 6, and 5 - that's pretty good! If that according to you is a bust then so is most of the NBA!!!
He is a bust based on his hype. He was arguably the most hyped player since Shaq. Wemby isn’t even on the same hype level as he was when prizm came out that year. Base singles were selling for $150 or more.
Decent playoff showing this year.
