So I would personally mainly buff his bank hank ability by making it much more stronger, just like how you described here. I do really hate level 8 in particular because it is useless if you are not using farm. I wish it did something else, but I'm really not sure what that would be.

Improve Ben in money and improve DJ ben on abilities (and money)
WHY
Because he sucks. Every single deck he is in, he can be replaced for a better hero.
Nerf the other Heroes maybe? He is still the meta pick in DVS anyway. Gwen and Smudge are OP and need nerfs but we don't need to buff everyone else!
