I know but first of all you will have enough money from eco but in a late game where yall both have under 20 lives you can use the abilities at the end of the game to have a life advantage

I think in late game 20 vs 150 lives doesn't make much of a difference. With 20 lives you can fill the map much easier than 150 lives
