Tell Me What you see and I need you are some of my favorites. I also love Paul and George on Twist and Shout as well as whenever John does back-ups for Ringo like With A Little Help From My Friends and What Goes on
baby it's you, do you want to know a secret, because (though are any vocals on because really backups? debatable, i'd lean toward no), i want you, GIRL!!!
Maybe not the best but the backing vocals in Free As A Bird and Real Love are super underrated.
Especially in George's majestic FAAB solo, that slide and those harmonies....
i always look forward to hearing mccartney’s backing sections in The Ballad of John and Yoko, particularly the “the way things are going, you’re gone crucify me.” he just delivers it in such a satisfying cadence so unique to the lennon’s vocal melody and they blend together beautifully
Hello Goodbye.
Can't remember where I heard this but I read a music reviewer that said when people say a piece of music is "Beatlesesque", they're specifically thinking of Hello Goodbye. And the reason for that, I think, is the piano and the backing vocals. Nothing more Beatles-y (well, McCartney specifically) than that.
Name any Beatles song and I'll say that it contains my favorite backup vocals.

"To Know Her Is To Love Her" from Live at the BBC. So lovely, delicate and well, harmonious.
The little harmonies on “Here, There, and Everywhere” are very nice.
They're all incredible, but my the first thought is "Here, There and Everywhere". The newest remastered version is amazingly clear too. Beautiful.
This might be odd, but I love the background vocals on Revolution 1.
Any song on HELP! that has them. Usually when they key change in the "middle eight".
