I was just standing half drunk and out of the corner of my vision this dude floated in at an angle and sanded his face against the pavement. I thought he was epileptic or smth, I ran to the security and pointed like a madman 😂
It was mostly because they weren't the headliner. Their shows are usually 2 hours or more, where they run the gamut of their songbook. This was def a safe and kinda hit laden setlist. What do you mean by introduce songs? It sounds like you might just be unfamiliar with their catalog.
The Pixies SLAYED IT . They sucked last time I saw them opening for Weezer, but this time they played so many deep cuts and the energy was amazing.
I always heard Isaac got drunk as fuck so I was scared to go. This show was good . I also saw brand new and dashboard back in late 00s in Fort Smith and they killed it
Now, I’m sad. I went not knowing much about them and thought they were great. I even remarked how great their guitars sounded — Fender jangle right on the edge of breakup.
I loved ‘em!
Would you agree that it was in fact, modest?
I had an amazing time. Whale Song ruled.
I thought they sounded horrible. Muddy mess.
Totally disagree. The best live cowboy dan! New heavier intros to the 20 year old stuff. Totally push back on this from my seats at least.
Saw MM at Format and it was pretty good, hate to hear that.
That set was so different from any other time i've seen them. It was so fast and furious and awesome.
Definitely felt like the people who booked them made requests
I just saw them last week in KC. Their performance at Format was so much better. It was like they performed only for me!
“Medic! Can I get a medic?!”
Dude ate shit right next to me
No kidding? What actually happened??
Pls elaborate

That's a shame, I was wanting to go to that one but got caught up in work.

I saw them open for Brand New back in 2016 and they were so high they barely moved on stage and played a few songs twice. It was bad.

Clearly he was engaged and that was nice
Saw them on the same tour, at the KC show. They were very mediocre.
Same show! Oddly enough just popped up in my facebook memories yesterday
I mean it was pretty average. I was stoked they played cowboy dan
:D best part of the show
The sound mixing was off, for sure.
They can live off the few they’re famous for.
