I have an idea for an unlock method! It is unlocked by successfully capturing (with the friendly ball) 3 enemies that spawn other enemies in the same run!
Cool item, but I don't really see the theming. Since the enemies affected by this item will likely just attack whatever spawned them in the first place, since that's what's likely closest, calling it "matricide" or something along those lines would make more sense to me. Plus, it fits in well with Isaac's already existing themes.

No, I don't see this nite having a ton of use since it's based on what type of enemies you get to spawn
What if it was like a stacking thing where every time you get a kill, you get a small boost in damage and an equally small reduction in accuracy
