Looks great! The only thing I would change is making the cart explode instantly for added comedic effect
Edit: I've now noticed that the animation is supposed to loop, so it might not work that well after all
Either that, or i would prefer if it bounced a little more on the impact. I think the pause adds more comedy to the whole thing :)

I used Blender for modelling, animating and render. Substance Painter for cart textures, and EmberGen for simulating smoke and explosion, Adobe Premiere for adding music and sound effects

So this is going to be a strange “critique” but it’s not even a criticism! Something seemed a little different to me, and I realized it’s because the front wheels should be the ones that can rotate while the back wheels remain straight. That way you can get the typical burnout smoke from the back wheels as they slide sideways over the floor and the front wheels do the turning. Maybe you can even add some very slight bumpiness as the back of the cart swings out wildly over the tiles.
Not necessary whatsoever but the physics of it would make a bit more sense, at least to me! I could be the only one.

How long did this take to make? Is it hard to make???!
I think a couple of weeks, but not that I was working every day on that hah. Had some challenges, but I wouldn't say super hard, it was still fun!
