This is the final version of this project that I've been working in for 5 months already.
It's based on the drawing of [Paper Griffin](https://www.instagram.com/p/CZy3dMdM9gv/).
I've shared an early version of this render on this same subreddit months ago, you can check the changes compared to [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/blender/comments/u5xtk7/what_can_i_improve_about_this_render/).
It's pretty simple actually, is just a glass shader mixed with a tranparent shader using a Ray Depth as the mixing Fac. Then added some volumetrics, volume absoprtion added with volume scatter (colored a bit blue).
Very cool. Might I suggest adding some bridges over the streams? Otherwise, it looks really difficult to get to. :-)
Oh, is that a cliff going up in the back? Or is it just a field on the other side of the fence? The perspective is confusing me there.
I rendered it on 3024x3024 because I'm gonna print it (the pic on reddit is 1080x1080).
So I have a 1070 GeForce GTX, 8 GB VRAM.
Samples: 256
Light Paths: Everything at 12
The scene is divided in 3 render layers: Main (house, cliff, river), flora (trees, bushes and wheat), and grass (grass and small flowers).
Total render time: Over 5 hours.
Any other spec or info just ask, I'm gladly to share!!!
16 gb of ram
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
I usually allocate only 3 cores to the render, so I can browse internet, being on discord, or play Valorant while it renders

I am curious about how you get the water looking so good. It looks so real!

No fresnel at all? I am going to play around a bit with ray depth. Thanks :)
The only fresnel is the one that's already built in on the glass shader.
This idea is so cool, I would love a house like this

It's supposed to be a wheat field, hahaha
Whats your GPU ? Render time?

What's your ram and processor? I'm only patient if the render is done in less that 3 hours haha. I have a GTX 1050ti .
