I know an underrated cooperative boardgame where you and the other players have to help a person survive after eating a handful of those. Every round you pull from the vomit or diarrhea deck and hopefully it’s just intestinal pain but you know one of the big ones is coming! It’s so tense and good.
I put it on the table at least once a month with my gaming group. It’s on Kickstarter now! I’m going all in to get the silica miniatures.

I would never open one of my games to even have access to one of these packets.
If anyone wants the truth they aren't actually very dangerous to eat, the instructions are there in case they are used together with edible stuff.
