Edgedancer is a lot of fun.
It really helps you understand Lift as a character. She was a little unbearable until Edgedancer shone some light on what she's about.
Plus, it's really cool to get a slice-of-life from outside Vorin society.
Wyndle is a gem.
I think that's the point of their comment. In the book Lift refers to him as a voidbringer. So they are being playful and also referring to him as a voidbringer.
I liked Lift in words of radiance too. Her witty remarks and calling Wyndle a voidbringer lol. Reminds me of my oldest kid just being annoying to be annoying and i love it lol.
Last year I had my second read through of the Cosmere. Stormlight was already my favorite series, but the second read through was almost as good as the first because once you absorb all the world building, you can understand all these references earlier in the series that you didn’t have context for the first time.
I think a lot of us were, or maybe not necessarily lost but it was a bit of a slog for a bit. Kalladins chapters kept me going early on til it really hits and the whole story just falls into place (as it always does with Brandon) and lands.

Wyndle is a Voidbringer!
No, he isn’t. Lift just refers to him as such.

Spot on! Cheers

That makes so much sense, I was lost so much of the first book lol.
