I’d pump and just see what your output is right now. Don’t freak out if it’s lower. If you find your supply has decreased look up power pumping for resources on how to increase supply with the pump. I don’t think your supply is shot just from two days nor if it has lowered are you past the point of no return. People have completely dried out and still come back. Just may take a little extra work. You’re doing great momma!

I don't have the answers but I'm commenting to give you a bump. I have seen a website shared here before that is a reliable source for looking up drugs and whether or not you actually need to pump & dump and if so, for how long. I believe it is LactMed and I'm posting the link for you: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK501922/ I believe you should be pumping every time you feed your baby to maintain your supply. I don't pump at all so I am not a good resource. I'm hoping someone much more knowledgeable than me answers you!

Hi there, this post appears to mention either pump and dump, or drinking alcohol and breastfeeding. In case you need quick responses or would like some resources, some users have helped us compile some information we thought might be helpful to you here: https://www.reddit.com/r/breastfeeding/wiki/index#wiki_breastfeeding_and_alcohol *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. As long as your meds are in your blood stream, it will be in your breast milk. So pumping and dumping isn't going to rush getting it out of your breast milk. I guess it just depends on why stop taking the medication

The purpose of pumping & dumping is to maintain supply in the interim while OP is on meds that she can't feed with
