So I actually got my supply to increase at 9 mpp. What I found that helped was oreos, cream of wheat, oat milk and coconut water. Coconut water hydrates so much better than just plain water and I've noticed that my milk got fattier and my supply increased with the oat milk. Also, since I don't like oatmeal, I would make my own overnight oats and then stir in some hemp hearts and chia seeds.

No advice here but I'm curious to know the answer, too. I did notice that when I drink a lot of water and eat lots of carbs, my supply increases by a few ounces.

My baby is just about 7 months and I just upped my supply by quite a bit after she got sick. I just added in extra pumps and started using my haakaa more and it went back up within a few days.
