Yep if you are in Co-Op, you can make the anti-bloon free. Something to do with the amount of money sacrificed to the temple makes the price buffs stack.

As far as I'm aware you don't even need co-op, just need Rosalia and the other discount stuff. But if that's wrong let me know

In solo. You can get it down to 2.9k I belief but for a free one you need to Co-Op. unless something has changed.

Placing towers within the eye gives them extra attack speed, camo detection, and a discount on all upgrades. The eye is all water, of course, but middle path Ice exists.
