No, you can only park for 2 hours in the blue zone, regardless of the spot you park at. There is a workaround - you can buy parking tickets from the wardens that check if you have paid (dressed in reflective vests). You can buy a few tickets and move the car every two hours. You need to scratch off the hour on each ticket and leave it on the front window.
Some people prop the hood of their cars open with water bottles to simulate having an emergency and just spend the entire day for free though I'm not sure how that works exactly so I wouldn't try it.
Other than that it's not about the specific parking spot you are occupying, it's about your car being parked in the zone at all so just moving it does not work. See what JOOPLP has suggested, you should at least be able to extend your stay 2 more hours with tickets.
In green zone you have to wait about 10,15 minutes after your 4 hour time ends and then you can start over for another 4 hours. Without moving the car, moving doesn't help. But i dont know about the blue zone, i guess it could work there as well.

Still that extends it only to four hours if I remember correctly. 2 via app/text message + 2 via tickets.
