Any evidence of this? I’m not a bot but I have a really nostalgic relationship with In-n-out and will tend to defend it online. It’s cheap, fresh-tasting, and consistent. Not everyone who likes a product is a shill.
There are so many similar I&O posts I too am a bit suspicious about it honestly, I have no proof but I have the same feeling the other posters that have mentioned it do.
I&O privately held company valued at 3B. They don’t give two shits about what r/burgers think of their burger. That being said, Double Double Animal is my fav burgers there by far. Not enough substance to single IMO.
Not a bot, Culver’s is elite. Idk where OP got his info from, but “not a prolific burger joint” is funny. Where I’m from, it’s *the* prolific burger joint. Most ppl I talk to say it’s their favorite fast food spot and every time I drive by there’s a huge line for the drive thru
Difference in opinion. When the West brings up in&out (like almost every time, there is a burger comparison), the Midwest is showing their support for their local burger.
Both places make very good burgers (hear say for me) as I can't say I have had a burger from In&out yet, I can say for the Midwest, Culvers is probably the best. But then, that is just my opinion. 😉
I feel like the INO fanbase on this sub is far more organized and aggressive than culvers. For instance, every thread is basically “x is better than INO” and every comment is “INO is better” it really feels like this the In N Out subreddit. The default butger on here is from INO. You can’t get away from it. If some people like another brand they must be bots? 🙄
You should probably be more skeptical. A 30 second ad on network TV can cost upwards of $100K and thats before you get into the cost of writing, casting, and producing. Conversely that same $100K can pay for someone on your media team to spend a year astroturfing all over social media. Companies are doing it
I think it’s a response to the 15000 In N Out posts proclaiming it the greatest thing ever. And it’s really not.
Last month this sub was filled with nothing but Wendy’s.
Yeah all the Wendy's stuff felt like spam from Wendy's marketing. Especially people calling it Dave's Single, or Dave's Double which feels like very recently updated branding, and lots of people talking about deals you find on the app.
Man, almost makes me want to go to Wendy's right now for a Dave's Double which is discounted on the app!
I like both and thought the mushroom and swiss burger at Culver's was equally as good as a plain double with grilled onions at In N Out.
Equally delicious, different burgers.
I feel like we need a sub for that now. I don't mind a corporate burger showing up if they are doing a limited time thing or changes their ingredients or meat source in some way. However, it gets exhausting always seeing animal style in and out, baconator Wendy's, etc.
A Steak and Shake back at home for me gave me a free milkshake because everyone saw rats running through the restaurant. That location is no longer in business. The first location they had in Alabama was solid, though, but it kinda tanked in quality after a while.
Where is your Steak and Shake? I wonder if they have one in Chicago...
Man, the last place I would want a milkshake from is a place with rats. That machine definitely had roaches.
But I’ve had some pretty great steak and shake burgers for like $4-5. And that includes fries and a drink. Value proposition is insane.
They opened one in my area not long ago. I've been holding off trying it because everyone says the wait times are absurdly long. Around here you never go to a new restaurant in its first six months.
It was the same when Whataburger came to town. I moved away before the lines died down. But can confirm, Culver’s is great and I’m no son of a bitch robot.
Kinda cool how certain areas have their fast food joint that isn't a national chain. If I'm ever in the area I will make sure to check them out. Makes sense that the best in my area isn't as good as yours!! Ha. Everything is a competition apparently instead of enjoying the differences. McDonald's/BK/Wendy's/ECT are decent for what they are. You pretty much always know what you are going to get and hopefully they are fresh and haven't been sitting out. In my experience the more local ones are always fresh but taste is more dependent on the workers/management.
Hmm, I was gonna try it untill I looked one up.. the closest one to me is in Colorado and I'm in California. Oh wells, I guess if I ever travel(highly likely because I'm too poor ) I'll check it out
There’s one in AZ. But speaking as a non bot, I don’t think it’s too amazing. I honestly couldn’t tell which is better between that and In and Out but I do love the local spots. Some of them. The ones not hell bent on bankrupting you for daring to order a side of fries
Wisconsin native, Born, raised, and live in Wisconsin here. My take on Culver's, 1) Living in Madison (only about 40 minutes from the birthplace of Culver's, Sauk City, I can tell you, Culver's is life around here, just like Spotted cow is life for beer. Is Culver's the 'Best burger of all', no. Is it a solid, tasty "Fast Food" burger, Most defiantly. 2) The curds, any true Wisconsinite will tell you, Culver's curds are... Decent, but NO WHERE near the best curd in Wisconsin.
maybe, but they are better than In n Out, so this doesn’t necessarily track. It’s probably just people being honest. Sorry about yall precious In n Out not being the undisputed champion anymore.
I live in a place that has both In N Out and Culver's, and I do like In N Out, but hands down my favorite burgers from a chain franchise are Culver's and Shake Shack.
I doubt it. Culvers is a regional favorite of a lot of folks. It's a bit nostalgic for them.
I'm not originally from midwest but reside there now. Culvers is close and I've eaten there recently.
It's fine. Clean establishment. Nice service. Prices are meh and overall quality is acceptable. They are def not anywhere near In-N-Out in my opinion but for those that love it - I can understand why.
Ya, the fish is REALLY good. My wife and I will often just get the 3 piece fish meal and split it, so 1.5 pieces each. Crazy good as an Arizonan with limited fish options lol.
I should try the shrimp next time.
I feel like this is the case for every regional brand. I love In N Out but my west coast friends love Shake Shack. Southern friends love Whataburger but I don't get it honestly.
we all agree that raising canes is the bomb, even if texas toast is weird
Have I fallen for sarcasm? I keep hearing that Cane's is mid, but the toast is a hit. We don't have any of these regional joints in Toronto, but I try to hit them on road trips. Love Culver's, Whataburger, and Inny, don't get the 5 Guys love, (weird sour unmelting cheese?). Like more joints than I dislike.
It's a combo thing. The Cane's sauce is fire and I like that the chicken isn't completely over fried like at KFC. The toast is definitely on point, but as someone not from the South, I don't think I will ever just have a hankering for a thick piece of butter toast to go with my fried chicken haha.
But its more that every region has a favorite that's not the greatest to other regions. So Culvers fits right into that spectrum of loving regulars and tourists who don't get it.
I like Culver's honestly. Alabama doesn't have much, but they did have Culver's when I lived there. Culver's was the best spot in Alabama, which Alabama has nothing to boast about in general.
Obviously, there are better burger joints in Chicago where I'm at now, but they have two or three spots here, and hey, I still like them. Got them like a week or two ago.
I grew up in California on In n Out. It’s still the first stop anytime I return. I’ve lived in Georgia for the past 30 years. When I occasionally want a burger I drive right past a Culver’s on my way to Freddy’s.
Culver's is my favorite burger place. Never had In N' Out but I know they are both cooked to order from fresh ingredients. I highly doubt either one of them could be THAT much better than the other.
I feel like a good burger from any fast food place still has a peak.
It’s very prolific in the Midwest. It has, dare I’d say, a cult following in Wisconsin. It’s like our In and out or Whataburger as we don’t have those.
Down in Florida over the Christmas holidays. Never heard of Culvers before but it was open late. Went in with a hungry family and were blown away. Food was awesome, service was great. Kids got the frozen custard with their meal. We hit it up twice more on the vacation. The butter burgers are damn good fast food.
No, I think Culver's just provides a quality product and sets a high standard for service and cleanliness in their restaurants. Every time I visit a Culver's makes me want to ask for an application.
Saying it’s better than in n out is just facts, not a bot lol. And Culvers are in about half of the us states now so it’s not just a local Midwest thing anymore. I’m biased, I’ve lived near the first location ever.
Ha! I think so! I noticed that Culver's post saying that it was better than In N' Out... I swear the same thing happened with Texas Roadhouse on the r/steak sub. Hilarious!
Grew up with a In & Out close by and had it for 30 years. Now I have a Culver’s close to me. Culver’s is better especially since I grew tired of In & Out a long time ago.
Culver's is the closest to real food here in the mid west compared to other FF joints. Don't get me wrong Micky d's BK Sonic all have their place but when possible I hit Culver's ps not a bot .
It does seem like it. Every (unnecessary, imo) post about fast food burgers usually ends up talking about how great culvers is. Also, the honest-sounding reviews of their burgers here make them sound pretty boring.
If you get the chance try one! I really like them, but they are 25 min away from my house so we rarely have them. They have fried cheese curds which are bomb!!!!
.....whatever a bot would say to make this seem like a legit review lol
It's always funny how "Culver's cheese curds" have become known as a Wisconsin thing. Yes, Wisconsin has Culver's, which is delicious. Yes, Wisconsin has Cheese curds, and *those* are delicious. However, Culver's cheese curds really aren't that good.
I’ll certainly try them (and I love cheese curds) but I’m pretty solidly team five guys right now so it would take a lot to put Culver’s over them or in n out.
Edit: nearest one is a 12 hr drive so I’ll wait a bit.
I love Culver's burgers...been going for years, and Five Guys is my second favorite, but please don't go for the Culver's curds. They are overly salty, overly cooked, and overly breaded, in a really bad way.
Lol it aint worth 12 hrs! Also i forget their prices, and i agree 5 fuys is good, but $$$$
Idk if theybare better or worse than in and out, they are just different. Culvers is heavier, in and out isnt white castle, but they seem to be less meat....?
Cheers!
Having moved to CA over 2 years ago now I feel I can say in n out is probably the most overrated fast food I have ever encountered. The burgers are ok and the fries are basically garbage, deep fried air.
Having said that. It amazes me that Every. Single. Day. There are lines for this place that wrap around the building. Every restaurant I pass. Is it some sort of pride thing for Californians? No other fast food place is like this here except for occasionally chic fil a.
Also Culver's is the goat.
I mean, if Culvers is unleashing their team then why not say the same about In n Out? I see constant posts about their mediocre crap.... Culver's is pretty sizable in markets that they're in
Culver's isn't a prolific burger joint?
Culver's has almost 1,000 restaurants located in 26 states.
In n Out has around 400 restaurants located in 8 states. More than 50% of the locations are in California.
In n Out is a regional favorite. Culver's is a national treasure and would be far more well-known if it didn't originate in flyover country.
Culver's grew too much, they cut corners now. Their cheese curds are cheap quality and their marinara dipping sauce used to be fresh and made in house, now it's cold and prepacked with corn syrup. Still way better than McDonald's or BK, and. I think their burgers taste better than in and out.
I don't know if the quality is better elsewhere, but here in NC, the cheese curds were total garbage, and I'll never order them again. Super disappointing.
I’ve had Culver’s. It’s nothing special to me but it’s definitely not the worst I ever had. I do know random people actually rave about it so not surprised by the posts here. But I do understand the confusion since it’s not everywhere for people to try.
They're both great contemporary fast food burgers, but different styles.
The burgers I really want to see posted in this sub are George Motz's new restaurant, [Hamburger America](https://www.hamburgeramerica.com/).
Motz's research and passion to the humble chopped meat sandwich have been enlightening and changed how I think of and cook my own hamburgers. Ever since he started showing up on ["First We Feast"](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAzrgbu8gEMIkFTtpY-Vn0Kjj_LQ0pE0M) I've sought out as much from him as possible, including his book ["The Great American Hamburger"](https://www.amazon.com/Great-American-Burger-Book-Hamburgers/dp/1617691828). His new restaurant is probably what is going to get me to finally go to NYC.
In all honesty, I am beginning to feel a good chunk of the posts are just some marketing push. I am surrounded by Culvers now that Im in AZ. My buddy swears by it but I have this problem you see... there's an in n out right next to it. I am an in n out addict and this is also the closest I've ever lived by one. One of these years, I will break the cycle and enter the Culver's instead of the in n out. Probably because whoever Im with will want culvers over the other but cycle breakage nonetheless
I live in the SE, never been to an in and out but we do have a Culver’s and a Habit. Culver’s is pretty good, Habit is better for burger comparisons. There are better local places though
the Midwest is always a sleeper with its culture... would never move there because it's just coming up after the downfall of the rustbelt and I hate cold and ice snow wind etc... but ya Culver's is great. love we gt one here in a Texas city
Normally I’m the paranoid conspiracy theorist but I feel like y’all are getting carried away. It’s possible there is bots but I think it’s more likely that people just like Culver’s and In-and-Out so they get posted frequently.
Check my post history, definitely not a Culver's shill lmao.
Personally, I think they are better than In & Out. They're a solid burger. They are also pricier than In & Out. It's not a massive difference though and I'd easily take either burger, depending on my mood.
Culver's also has a ton more food options. For example, even though I like their burgers, given that I live in Tucson AZ where there is basically no great seafood options, but plenty of burger options, I often just go with the fish sandwich or the 2 pieces of fish, which is sooo good.
Also, Culver's is heavily involved in the school fundraising here with those coupon cards the youth sports teams will sell, or coupon books, and they will have BOGO deluxe burgers in it, which is a crazy good deal for 2 burgers. Plus their ice cream is solid. Though, I remember about a month ago I went to Culvers and the ice cream sort of tasted sandy and crumbly. Really weird, but I took the kids a week ago and it was great again.
Look, I love In & Out, and it's probably the cheapest I can get out the door at a fast food burger place for a family of 5, but Culver's is a close 2nd, and these 2 burger places are leagues better than all the other overpriced $15/meal fast food places nowadays.
Culvers are aggressively spreading around the country and that makes for a lot of new customers. Their food is generally very good and a big step up from McD's and ~~Diarriea King~~ I mean Burger King.
Honestly, I think other companies are smelling blood in the water with BK, and in my area, Wendy's opened 4-5 places and we went from around ten BKs to two.
Not a bot also and I love both but because I haven't lived in California in over 20yrs and so miss in and out. When Culver's came to Florida I fell in love with their burgers. They are finally doing local TV adds in my area.
Culver’s is amazing. Competes for absolute best burger in all of Nebraska. Up there with five guys and runza. I’m def not a paid advertisement lol. Can’t speak for anyone the others.
Ive still never had culvers, but I've seen like 3 posts from friends of mine on FB in the last week eating at in and out and saying culvers is better.
Im pretty sure they're not on the marketing team.
I’ve heard In-N-Out is amazing but have never gotten to try. However, Culvers is the best fast food around here. Wish they’d switch to beef tallow for frying oil though
The Culver’s in my town used to be the best fast food spot around (north Texas area). Don’t know what happened but it’s gone to complete shit. The few times I’ve gone in the past year or two it’s been trash every time and it’s super disappointing. I just wonder if anyone else has had this problem or my store is just run by bums
Agreed its ridiculous. I live in Chicago and dont get me wrong i enjoy culvers from time to time, but i dont come the reddit to this subreddit for low effort fast food from chains. Like i would like to see mom and pops more often here.
Idk im personally bias and was somehow recommended to this sub from reddit but it mentioned Culvers so i had to reply,
I moved to eastern Florida and there are no culvers by me now but im originally from wisconsin, I used to go there every single week pretty much. I've never been to in-n-out but I really like culvers, there are a few here but they are far away
Why do you say they are not prolific? You're comparing culvers to in and out. There are twice as many culvers stores in the US as there are in and outs.
I posted a pic on Sat from my first Culver's. I work for a big utility, not Culver's. I'll say this too. Aside from being an amazing burger, the service was great. I went and sat down. They brought my meal out in about 10-15 min. The place was spotless including the men's room. All around great experience. Bradenton, Fla
I think people are a little paranoid about psyops in here. I don't think there aren't ANY bots, but I think most of it is just users. Here's my take on the big three:
* In-N-Out: It's in the second biggest metro area in the country, and like cheeseburger paradise. Plenty of lore says that the burger was actually invented in Pasadena. The locals absolutely adore it, and there are tons of them. It's no wonder it gets talked about so much. If anything, the INO ownership doesn't seem savvy and/or cynical enough to back internet campaigns to publicize their product. Not that they need to. Most locations are jam packed from like ten in the morning to eight at night, drive thru lines out into the streets. They actively resist calls to expand their business into new territories. They don't need plants on reddit to be successful.
* Whataburger: There is a huge Texas rivalry with California, and Southern California particularly. In my experience Texans seem to be more active in stoking said rivalry. Californians don't care about Whataburger, they never even think about Whataburger. Texans, however, see In-N-Out as part of Los Angeles culture and therefore hate it, and have to be extremely vocal about how they hate it and it's the worst and how Whataburger is superior in every way (but that's just, like, their opinion, man). I think this extends to other southern areas where Whataburger is common. I've seen a lot of people with this "Whataburger is better" attitude in here say they're from like Tennessee and Alabama. So again, not really a psyop, just a large and vocal segment of the sub that's very opinionated.
* Culver's: In my experience, most people who are familiar with Culver's have never even tried In-N-Out. I guess there are some territories that are starting to cross over, but a lot of people in the Midwest have never gotten out to LA. They just know that Culver's is delicious and better than the Wendy's/BK/McD's trifecta that dominates everything there. The ones that do, I think, are kind of disappointed with In-N-Out, and I can see why. Culver's has a more savory taste and I think the ingredients are better if you order the burgers as is. INO's ingredients cover up the meat flavor a lot more than Culver's. People who have never gotten INO without the veggies are missing out because the taste honestly rivals Culver's, but most tourists don't stick around long enough to go multiple times and customize burgers to get the best taste. So their first impression isn't always the best. There's also a little bit of resentment against Socal, but it's nowhere near as intense as the Whatburger crowd's. So again, just a very opinionated crowd making a lot of noise.
I like Culver’s, I grew up in Wisconsin. I like In N Out. I like Whattaburger. I like 5 guys. But the amount of Culvers people here is kind of strange. It’s definitely not my favorite out of all the ones I just mentioned and I’ve had sub par burgers there multiple times. It’s not even a great Wisconsin burger compared to the local bar and grill burgers you can get there.
Culver’s just happens to be the best available in my region. I thought In-N-Out was a good classic simple well done and consistent but I have to travel far for the experience. If I was able to enjoy it more often I could offer a more informed opinion but from an objective perspective of the what they offer overall on their menu I would say it’s better. Cheese curds and onion rings plus their shakes. Good and consistent with their offerings.
Used to love In n Out, but I reside in GA now coming from Missouri before that. Lived in CA as a kid. Culvers just has the best consistency when compared to Wendy's, Checkers, etc down here in the Southeast, almost like a Chick fil A for burgers without going to Five Guys and paying 20$/meal.
That being said, when I'm somewhere with an In N Out, I'm going there first because I never get it otherwise.

The first 200 Texas Roadhouse posts I was skeptical, but now I'm convinced
In&Out does it here.
I don’t care either way as long as they maintain their quality. A lot of shit burgers get pushed on here so who knows
I&O privately held company valued at 3B. They don’t give two shits about what r/burgers think of their burger. That being said, Double Double Animal is my fav burgers there by far. Not enough substance to single IMO.
And McD’s especially (Incoming downvote bots)
no downvote from me. mcdouble is one of my fave foods.
I’m sure it is, bot
I think they're dissing McDonald's and saying that positive mention of them is due to bots.
Exactly!
Good god man that is something else.
This week is Culvers week Last week was in n out if you hasnt noticed lol
Wendy's was 2 weeks ago
Will next week be shake shack? Tune in to find out
Probably, Maybe BK gets a good marketing offer and we get Whombarded
Whombarded lol
I remember a time when it was (mostly) homemade burgers
Culver's is just super good. Not a bot. Penis.
Good bot

That sounds like something a bot would say.
Also not a bot, culver's is the elite of fast food burgers.
Culver’s burgers are the best fast food burgers.
The line is long because their menu is huge. Sadly it’s still faster than the average McDonald’s around here
It really is. I moved to a new town and they don’t have one, so sad. But there is five guys so I can get a good burger every once in a while.
Difference in opinion. When the West brings up in&out (like almost every time, there is a burger comparison), the Midwest is showing their support for their local burger. We've got Culver's down south now and they are taking over.
I will continue supporting my guilty pleasure, whataburger till kingdom come
What if people just like Culvers
I feel like the INO fanbase on this sub is far more organized and aggressive than culvers. For instance, every thread is basically “x is better than INO” and every comment is “INO is better” it really feels like this the In N Out subreddit. The default butger on here is from INO. You should probably be more skeptical. A 30 second ad on network TV can cost upwards of $100K and thats before you get into the cost of writing, casting, and producing. Conversely that same $100K can pay for someone on your media team to spend a year astroturfing all over social media. Companies are doing it
I would gladly accept money or food from any and all burger chains to post on reddit, but as yet none have offered :/
I think a lot people fail to realize this
Not a bot. I like both burgers. Culver’s is markedly better. It’s also more expensive.they are two different types of burger.
I think it’s a response to the 15000 In N Out posts proclaiming it the greatest thing ever. And it’s really not. Last month this sub was filled with nothing but Wendy’s.

is their a sub for non corporate burgers ?
I feel like we need a sub for that now. I don't mind a corporate burger showing up if they are doing a limited time thing or changes their ingredients or meat source in some way. However, it gets exhausting always seeing animal style in and out, baconator Wendy's, etc.
I just made [/r/burgersnobs/](https://new.reddit.com/r/burgersnobs/) for us, I love burgers, I just don't care to talk about fast food burgers.
Thank you!
I remember how great this sub was once, now it feels like an advert

I just made [/r/burgersnobs/](https://new.reddit.com/r/burgersnobs/) for us, I love burgers, I just don't care to talk about fast food burgers.
yeaaaaa
I like Culver's but the one over here sucks. Steak and shake is way better here
That is absolutely wild based off my experiences with steak n shake lol.. It was terrible by me, like rallys/checkers bad
Yeah probably hit or miss like any place these days.
Plenty in Chicago area. The best ones for late night have been in Tinley Park IL and lisle , IL.
Man, the last place I would want a milkshake from is a place with rats. That machine definitely had roaches. But I’ve had some pretty great steak and shake burgers for like $4-5. And that includes fries and a drink. Value proposition is insane.
Lol homie finally learning what the rest of us have thought about the incessant in-n-out spam ![gif](giphy|U3gIzShUIbFaJsTjH2|downsized)

That's exactly what a robot would say. I'm also not a bot. Beep boop not a bot. Go to Culver's our overlord.
Culver’s is good, but I’m from NC. Cookout is king around here. Or Dairi-o, which is only in the Triad area, but it’s excellent.
Kinda cool how certain areas have their fast food joint that isn't a national chain. If I'm ever in the area I will make sure to check them out. We have them in Utah, so that's a little closer.
There’s one in AZ. But speaking as a non bot, I don’t think it’s too amazing. I honestly couldn’t tell which is better between that and In and Out but I do love the local spots. Some of them. The ones not hell bent on bankrupting you for daring to order a side of fries

Spotted Cow is a beer for non-beer drinkers. Too sweet, it's gross.
Hahahaha why do I feel like this is in response to the post I made yesterday 💀
maybe, but they are better than In n Out, so this doesn’t necessarily track. It’s probably just people being honest. Sorry about yall precious In n Out not being the undisputed champion anymore.
It's rather simple for me, my options for chains with gluten free buns are smash burger, and culvers. So Culver's wins.
I live in a place that has both In N Out and Culver's, and I do like In N Out, but hands down my favorite burgers from a chain franchise are Culver's and Shake Shack.
Every fish sandwich comparison test I watch, Culver’s seems to kick everyone else’s butt.
I’ll happily shill for Culver’s; it’s the best. It’s honestly the only real fast food I’m still willing to eat.
culvers rules good fish there
In-N-Out prices are definitely better but In-N-Out burgers pale in comparison to ButterBurgers
I find Culver's burgers to be underwhelming. I mainly go there for the fish and the shrimp.
INO is only good because the double double is still only $4.50 Everything else about INO sucks
When I occasionally want a burger I drive right past a Culver’s on my way to Freddy’s.
i don’t even know what culver’s is
Culver's is my favorite burger place. Never had In N' Out but I know they are both cooked to order from fresh ingredients. I highly doubt either one of them could be THAT much better than the other. I feel like a good burger from any fast food place still has a peak.
As a huge in n out devotee I look forward to trying Vilvers Edit: Culver’s Whatever.
Dear Culvers, Please toast your buns. Thanks.
Culver's > In n Out not a bot just have taste buds y'know
It’s very prolific in the Midwest. It has, dare I’d say, a cult following in Wisconsin. It’s like our In and out or Whataburger as we don’t have those.
They are currently expanding into Alabama.
Culvers burgers are the best out of the national fast food, but pretzel bites yeah
Culver’s is better than In-And-Out. This isn’t an ad.
No they're just really fucking good LOL, does not get nearly as much overexposure as In and Out or Five Guys either
No, I think Culver's just provides a quality product and sets a high standard for service and cleanliness in their restaurants. Every time I visit a Culver's makes me want to ask for an application.
Found the Culver’s account
Saying it’s better than in n out is just facts, not a bot lol. And Culvers are in about half of the us states now so it’s not just a local Midwest thing anymore. I’m biased, I’ve lived near the first location ever.
Ha! I think so! I noticed that Culver's post saying that it was better than In N' Out... I swear the same thing happened with Texas Roadhouse on the r/steak sub. Hilarious!
No, just got sick of in n out...
They are a cultural icon in Wisconsin and have expanded to a good portion of the Midwest. About as good as fast food gets imo
Culver’s doesn’t even need to advertise.
If they say the fried cheese curds there are bomb then they are either: A) a bot B) not from Wisconsin
Culver's curds are gateway curds. It's many folks first, but once they get legit Wisco curds there's no going back.
They used to be better too, might be the only thing from Culver's that I'm certain they've changed in the past 5 or 6 years to an inferior product.
It's always funny how "Culver's cheese curds" have become known as a Wisconsin thing. Yes, Wisconsin has Culver's, which is delicious. Yes, Wisconsin has Cheese curds, and *those* are delicious. However, Culver's cheese curds really aren't that good.
Whenever I've had them they taste like cold, breaded mozzarella sticks. Not the gooey, squeaky goodness I get when I visit Wisco.
Also i forget their prices, and i agree 5 fuys is good, but $$$$ Idk if theybare better or worse than in and out, they are just different. Culvers is heavier, in and out isnt white castle, but they seem to be less meat....? Cheers!
Culver's is very good. We just got one in Monroe MI and it'd easily the best burger joint around. Shits like crack
[удалено]
Correct. When you grow up or live in Wisconsin you know Culver’s curds are C-tier at best
I don't know if the quality is better elsewhere, but here in NC, the cheese curds were total garbage, and I'll never order them again. Super disappointing.
alot of astroturphing here, subs gone downhill
It’s been like this for a long time as far as I remember. A lot of Culver’s stans trying to get name recognition like in n out
Cries in Canadian.
For me it's between Culver's and Kewpee burger in Racine so....
To me they’re only sus when the photo has the restaurant logo in the shot.
All pale in comparison to the "Chicken Burger" from Chick-fil-A. #godschicken
Both are good, In N Out has better burgers but shittier everything else
I’ve been saying how Culver’s looks like a good burger, and I wish I could try it but I’m on the West coast.
This is why fast food posts should be limited to one day per week.
Culver's is genuinely good. Why can't you just accept it?
I like Culver's lol?
No fookin way I’m a bot, Culver’s is the best. I am a Midwest sucker for Culver’s tho. I have had n n out, not as good.
Shit .. marketing is completely taking over reddit.
Ive still never had culvers, but I've seen like 3 posts from friends of mine on FB in the last week eating at in and out and saying culvers is better. Im pretty sure they're not on the marketing team.
Probably but I also believe this is a direct response to the In N Out post fatigue.
I’m originally from California, so in n out is my first love, but Culver’s has cheese curds soooooo I guess I love them both?
Culver's is superior to in&out and Whataburger. Dairy Queen is also superior to in&out and Whataburger. Also, not a bot. Vajayjay and peepee
Culver’s is dominant to all!!! #++^***## &@{##esd234453}
Dude have you seen the posts about in n out? Its just tryna combat that because Culvers is objectively better
I’ve seen non stop ads on edge browser comparing their burgers to five guys
I’ve heard In-N-Out is amazing but have never gotten to try. However, Culvers is the best fast food around here. Wish they’d switch to beef tallow for frying oil though
Ghost is goated
Just fans. They don't NEED a massive marketing effort. The product speaks for itself. In N Out is incredible as well. I've enjoyed both immensely.
Probably 😂 they probably struggling
penis penis penis not a bot or paid ad but culvers is fuckin gas
Not a bot, though I sometimes feel like a robot, but when I eat culvers I feel human
There’s 998 Culver’s in the US. That’s more than twice the number of In n Outs. Not sure how that isn’t considered a prolific burger joint.
I’m not a bot. I just love Culver’s and think the other one is way overrated.
Culver's is very good but Braum's is the best.
Idk im personally bias and was somehow recommended to this sub from reddit but it mentioned Culvers so i had to reply, I moved to eastern Florida and there are no culvers by me now but im originally from wisconsin, I used to go there every single week pretty much. I've never been to in-n-out but I really like culvers, there are a few here but they are far away
Culver's is better though
West coast haters by the mid western *****.
all the chain places are marketing.
Why do you say they are not prolific? You're comparing culvers to in and out. There are twice as many culvers stores in the US as there are in and outs.
I have said for years and years that Culver’s has the best smash burger in fast food.
Here's my take on the big three: * In-N-Out: It's in the second biggest metro area in the country, and like cheeseburger paradise.
Culver’s is just amazing, because a) frozen custard and b) MOTHERFUCKING CHEESE CURDS!!!
Culvers needs to get on the coupon/ app /rewards bandwagon it’s getting expensive.
They are expanding.
Nah Culver’s is legit the best in the fast food game. Not a bot.
Culver’s fucking rocks. I just wish they would introduce an olive burger here in MI.
This sub should be about home made burgers only.
Substitute “In N Out” for “Culver’s” in your post.
