I'm planning a trip to Busan and will be staying in Seomyeon as well. I'm looking at the Lotte and the Busan Business Hotel, which is right around the corner from the Lotte. Both look good and have good reviews. I know the Busan Business Hotel has rooms with two beds. I think the Lotte does, too.
Highly recommend the Lotte - it has the bed setup you're looking for and is wonderfully comfortable with easy access to everything (you can even get to the subway without having to walk outside if needed). The gym and sauna there are fantastic too.
If youre traveling with mom, I would suggest Lotte! Its clean, service is great, and breakfast is high quality. Its connected to the lotte department store so you can shop but also have more food options closeby!
Arban is great for the price! My family stays there whenever we are in Busan, location is great and the back door brings you close to lotte department store
We stayed at Lotte too and it was great! The rooms were big, bed comfy, and also if you book certain room types they give you access to their gym and saunas. We loved the sauna. It was so convenient coming back after a long day of walking to chill in a hot tub.
I just stayed at Busan business hotel a few days ago! It was ok, we had two beds. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and even a laundromat behind the hotel! Would recommend to stay close to the beach if you can afford it
If you’re considering hotels in Seomyeon because of the accessibility, it’s a great choice!
Though Busan has beautiful oceans, I would like to recommend you hotels in very different area ; Gijang !!
It is located on the outskirts of Busan, and there are many tourist attractions that are good to visit while staying for a day or two. Hotels there are surrounded by very beautiful nature such as the sea and forests. Staying there costs pretty penny, but I will introduce you the most reasonable one. It’s Ananti at Busan Village, and you can look around the facility by visiting this site.

I dont recommend Seomyeon. Busan is too beautiful to only stay there 😅
Stayed in Arban a couple years ago and really enjoyed it! Great location and friendly staff.

Lotte! Same reasons listed above, being connected to the subway was a major perk in the summer heat.
