That is pork tenderloin. It was a single piece (and rather unwieldy) until I got it out of the smoker and cut it in half. You think it looked bad now… I referred to it as a Ridiculously Sized *** Toy loading it into the car at the store.

2 things I do frequently on traeger Chuck roast 4 hrs at 225 put in pan covered with bone broth for another 4 hours at 275. You have shredded beef for the week. Tri tip 225 for an hour and a half I’ll also do brisket and pork butt on there but not as frequently

My favorite food on this diet is 24 hour dry brine rib eye smoked until 100 F then cooked until 130
