2 things I do frequently on traeger
Chuck roast 4 hrs at 225 put in pan covered with bone broth for another 4 hours at 275. You have shredded beef for the week.
Tri tip 225 for an hour and a half
I’ll also do brisket and pork butt on there but not as frequently
Smoking meats you're used to eating normal is a game changer (bacon, burgers, hot dogs, even steak depending on your taste) - congrats! You'll love it!

My favorite food on this diet is 24 hour dry brine rib eye smoked until 100 F then cooked until 130
