The point of powerscaling is to take the existing feats and abilities of characters and apply them to a neutral context to see who would win. Stan Lee's point is absolutely correct from the perspective of a writer, but to blanket state that 'powerscaling doesn't matter', especially since, without any powerscaling whatsoever, you can say an ant beats thanos

I always point to those that paint Spider-Man as underplayed OP because he pulls his punches, but when he decides to go ham the writer nerfs him, like suddenly no Spider-Sense or webbing. I thought that too at first, but then I remembered that there is technically an unseen version of the Abrahamic God with a capital G. I saw a fan art of the design once online where he has like 4 eyes behind him. Though he hasn't made an appearance in the story so there's no real way to scale the character, but if it's supposed to be fully everything that God can do... that's probably a hard fight for Bill.

If Mabel, Dipper, Stan and Ford could beat him, an army of angels and demons could.
