Yeah, modern FNAF lore is confusing. Then again, it's been confusing since game 4... I stopped worrying about the lore when FFPS came out, anyway. It's a headache to worry about. But I do still love the franchise, so I occasionally watch the theory videos, so I am somewhat up do date on the lore
Yeah....in my head the story ended with everyone in the story burned to death, and William being tortured in his own personal hell forever. Everything after I don't really get tbh.
Basically William is dead, there's just a robot called the mimic which is copying him.....the only way to know about this was...a. series, of books. The one thing Scott hated doing and the first thing that's done when he's gone
I'd go with Giffany. It's implied she can just instantly kill you through the screen when she's explaining her backstory. Not to mention her complete control over all technology.
It's implied during her backstory that she can just instantly kill people through the screen via electrocution.
Also, she was about to download Soos into the game and most likely keep him trapped there forever. She can affect people, she just didn't get the chance because Soos defeated her.
I think the electrocution thing is just a figure of speech but I have NO doubts that she can find ways to kill someone and she already demonstrates it in her debut episode.

Let’s go down the list.
King Candy: Bad for the game characters, but wasn’t a threat in the grand scheme of things.
Giffiny: Dangerous, even for humans, but only if you date anyone or go outside.
Monika: Only dangerous to the three other characters. Plus, she’s the easiest to get rid of.
Glitch Trap: the mind of a murderer that is trying to get out and kill more. By far the most dangerous.
Monika isn't a dangerous virus, she had limited power, as she could only affect her own game files.
King Candy could destroy the arcade "network", so he could kill a fuck ton of software, but not much else. Then again, according to the sequel he could destroy the internet altogether if he accessed Litwack's modem, which can do a lot of damage if you look too deep into it.
Giffany can possess apparently any electronic, which has been explored in a log of horror movies, and was shown to have killed her programmers, but was stopped when her disk was destroyed, an easier way to beat her than other viruses.
Glitch trap is just too OP in this scenario, he can possess humans and replicate indefinitely.

What about the Digital Overlord from Ninjago?
I'd say Monika is one of the least dangerous ones due to lack of expertise and having some level of morals. Correct me if I'm wrong but she apologizes for her doings.
I dont know what almost any of these are but i know the most dangerous one is the Overlord from Ninjago, he is the literal embodiment of evil and basicly the Lego-devil.

Giffany can jump from device to device and even alter them to a degree and allegedly trap you inside her game, plus she supposedly killed her creators, yet we aren't shown how. Her only real weakness is destroying her disk, but Journal 3 (the real-world copy) has shown she can actually survive that if there's any other technology nearby.
Then there's Glitchtrap, who AFAIK can get into your mind, not full on controlling you, but gradually gaining more influence over you and making you his slave.
He can only affect the Undertale game. So he got bored of the happy ending and decided to make the npc's his test subjects on what turns out in the end.

He’s the only one aside from the one from Gravity Falls who can affect the real world, and even then, he can affect PEOPLE, she cannot.

I'm not sure what monika can do, (really need to watch someone playthrough it) but as of right now my money is either on Giffany or GlitchTrap.
Monika can only really affect her own game, as others have stated. She's the least dangerous of the 4 all things considered.
