I would do wet food like Tiki cat, wellness, and instinct I would slowly transition I would start with instinct and a novelty protien like the rabbit.

I like to stick to brands with research behind them, so WSAVA compliant is what I look for. So Iams, Royal Canin, Hills, Purina or Eukanuba. Purina Pro Plan has a sensitive skin and stomach formula that many cats do well on! I personally would try and incorporate some wet food if possible, but if she refuses to eat it try moistening her dry food with water. That way she can still get the hydration she needs! And thank you for rescuing a senior kitty! We need more people like you!

go with cornucopia my cat is doing very well with it. i've given my cat all kinds of foods over the 8 years i've had him and i've never seen him do as well on anything other than this food
