For moisture it would have to be canned

High moisture dry food is an oxymoron considering how it’s made. Just in the process of making dry food it’s going to lose the majority of its moisture which is why dry food tends to have abysmal moisture content. Have you tried just adding water to her dry food? You can also talk to your vet about fiber supplements. I personally use the one from ferapet and it has done wonders to firm up my cats poop.

as the other commenter said for moisture it would need to be wet food (or freeze dried raw rehydrated but i think with her surgery that wouldn’t be recommended). you can increase the fibre in wet food with canned or powdered pumpkin or psyllium husk powder. fancy feast classic pate is a good one that most cats like. some of weruva’s flavours also already have pumpkin in them. a probiotic like felix’s flora might be good as well.

One of my cats requires a lot of fiber and refuses to eat wet food. He eats Hills gastrobiome (7% fiber, comparable to RC) and gets Hydracare with fiber supplement to boost the fiber intake and increase his fluid intake.

Are you able to soak the kibble in water for a little bit? That way your kitty can get the food she needs along with adding moisture. My cat gets a mix of dry and wet food, and for every 1/8 cup dry food I mix it with 1/4 cup water. I mix it good to get the kibble coated in it, give it just a little bit to sit, and honestly she drinks all the water too because I think it’s slightly flavored from the kibble. I think it’s a win-win!

Get cornucopia. My cat also had a issue where he was becoming constipated but i haven't had a issue with the pure Turkey food. It's high in moisture and also fiber and has prebiotic. You can also add the phyto and super food which has some digestive enzymes. But i didn't have to use it for my cat. Also look into a automatic water fountain like catit. I have the uv light one but I'm not sure you need that. It's pretty overpriced at petsmart but if you look around i found it cheaper elsewhere. I used to give the royal canin as well and it worked somewhat but it also made my cat feel sick and after a while he became constipated again
