I hope everyone remembers that there is ZERO part of Gallagher that wants to leave. Do not let anything that happens twist that reality.

BabyScreamBear

It will fuck him up… he’s proper Chels. Gets announced in the England squad and finds out his days are numbered in the same day.

Doomjas

Like that’s the thing, he is truly us through and through. He’s young, plays position(s) you can NEVER be too deep or too good at, and just wants something fair. He could ask for a ton and he’s not even doing that, yet we will (likely) sell a player that pours his heart and soul out for the club/team every time. With the amount of matches, injuries, etc. there will ALWAYS be a place for him and, when he doesn’t play, you can guarantee he won’t cry and moan. A player like that is invaluable, yet we don’t seem to care 😞

_luzhin_

Drawing from the article about Poch, I think the style of football is now being dictated at the football director level and they seem to be recruiting players based on that style and corresponding stats. The only reason the club seems to want to sell Gallagher is because he doesn’t seem to fit that style of football, whatever that is. I doubt it has got to do with FFP, as all of us here like to speculate, and more to do with Purchase of Lavia, Ugo, Caicedo and Enzo (+Santos and Casadei) who fit that style. Not sure they are keen to consider something like “through and through Chelsea” as a factor.

Spite-Organic

This is always the problem with a purely data driven approach, it completely ignores the intangibles.  Foreign imports may be better in theory but when the going gets tough will they run through walls for the club, will they have their head turned when Real or Barca come calling?  Gallagher and Chalobah are happy being squad rotation options and cover multiple positions between them, they are both loyal and set a high standard for their teammates. Stuff like that is vital to get the best out of the young talent- you need a core of players who know the club, its values and what the fans expect. Sadly, I bet Clearlake are too arrogant to change course. Can just picture them thinking that it will all come good and we all just don’t know what we are talking about. I hope they’re right.

ThatFunkyOdor

SMH you don't get it he's not a "wonderkid" so why would he have a place in our squad /s

Scorpius927

Yeah let’s buy estevao Willian and every other left footed right winger on the planet by selling off players who grew up dreaming of playing for this team and actually having proven that they’re talented enough to be one of the best in the league.

BOOCOOKOO

We are not selling players who have proven they're talented enough to be one of the best in the league, tho...

rajivshahi

I know he's not a wonder kid but his always wondering throughout the field. /S

hoosdontloos

This. Boehly/Clearlake PR cannot fool me. We are familiar with their game

ireallydespiseyouall

Honestly baffled how boehly gets all the blame while eghbali gets away Scot free. He’s the real cancer here

GypsyisaCat

At this point, I honestly think it's because Eghbali is harder to spell/remember.

Stand_On_It

This is absolutely the reason lol

Aman-Patel

Icl I can't spell either of their names without looking it up 😂😂

monda

Clownlake rolls off the tongue

national_goody

Truth 😂😂😂

lj243572

They’re both the human version of testicular cancer. One ball each.

namegamenoshame

He made himself sporting director and the face of the bid. Pretty clear he’s not the biggest problem but he signed up for this.

The_Good_Life__

They’re the same.

MarinaGranovskaia

Wrong, Todd wasn't involved in this according to reports, Todd was Poch's fan on the board.

hoosdontloos

Where do you see that btw. Not doubting just want to have a look at the source

ACrappyLawyer

https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/39463151/mauricio-pochettino-chelsea-manager-leaves-1-season Middle of page makes mention. That’s all I had seen as well.

MarinaGranovskaia

Yeah, all the reports seem to point to Eghbali being the main driver of the sacking, data driven etc. https://x.com/JacobsBen/status/1793018719808926139

Odd-Homework-3582

Brentford and Brighton (and probably other clubs) use data to back up what they think. Seems like our ‘board’ don’t know ball so base it solely off the data. They just don’t understand or have a feel for what a football club is here in Europe.

hoosdontloos

Thanks

daChino02

Here’s the thing, I don’t believe any of that

hoosdontloos

Also possible

lj243572

They’ve pulled their dark arts too many times now. Anyone who believe that Conor not staying is due to his greed etc. is either an absolute fuckwit, or not a Chelsea fan.

namegamenoshame

I’m glad you are because it seems 95% of this sub had no problem slating another midfielder here since childhood and fell victim to this nonsense.

Inside-Ad-8935

Mount was different, he was not willing to sign before Roman left and ran down his contract for years. You can’t pin that one solely on the new ownership.

Samislush

Dispicable if they try and sell him, hope he runs down his contract so the board get nothing from it.

fxnrir11

This. Hope he stays with us, but if not I hope these morons do not get the pure profit they crave

Doomjas

Same

mr-based-minded

Fr

lj243572

Why ever you do, remember this, he’s one of our own.

GreyDaze22

Man I can't bear seeing Gallagher and chalobah leave

DarnellLaqavius

If Poch left because Gallagher and Chalobah are going to be sold I feel for him but he made the right decision for himself. I’m not a big fan, mostly because he comes from Spurs and I hate Spurs, but he was dealt a bad hand and him walking away now at least means he can hold his head high and not have to repeat the shit show of a season, get it figured out but the end and then immediately lose the players that got you there.

Mba1956

Who played better this season the free Chelsea academy player or the £106.8 million transfer player they selected. If making a profit is the name of the game stop wasting money.

HarryDaz98

Only people that will be getting hate when he’s pushed out the door is the cunts pushing him out of it.

NoExperience4229

I hope he runs his contract down as a middle finger to ownership

KixSide

This way he can get way bigger deal in a new club, as free transfers usually earn more

hoosdontloos

If they do force him out and to another club, I hope he makes a fortune

BabyScreamBear

They’ll force their next managerial puppet to play him in the reserves

NoExperience4229

Easy way to have the fans dislike the new manager, but hey this ownership doesn’t seem to care about what the fans think

Shufflebuffle51

I don't. Club > Everything Else.

NoExperience4229

If you care more about the club than anything no else than youd want Conor to stay This is only happening bc the owners want to make more money. Club > Everything else including ownerships greed

kingbradley1297

Yes. Club > everything else. but greedy BlueCo <<<<<<<<

hoosdontloos

Do you genuinely think the club is better off selling him for 50m?

SplinterCeII

Only to be sold to a rival club, lmao. How will his family even be able to watch him play for Spuds? What a cursed reality

Valuable_Tea_4690

If he must leave, please let the Villa rumors be true…

blacknightcr

Is it like inked on contract already that he is going to spuds or just journalists trying to generate traction?

MrCleanandShady

they’ve been the team he’s been linked with most ever since the contract situation has been made public

blacknightcr

Ouch

thingysop

He can choose the club he wants to go to. He's still under contract

blacknightcr

hopefully he doesn't choose spurs then.

Adam__Zapple

I really don’t think he goes to spurs. Bentancur and Sarr already competing for the number 8 spot.

hoosdontloos

He's miles better than both of them

Adam__Zapple

Perhaps, I don’t know. Just can’t see either Sarr or Bentancur leaving to make room in that position.

tunde25

There is no way either is “miles worse”, probably quite similar in terms of overall quality

Minute-Farm-618

Lmao he's nowhere near Sarr

WookieTickler

He wouldn’t go there he’d have more offers than just them. Villa would be interested for sure and he actually be a great signing for them.

Spite-Organic

This is what makes the whole thing even more stupid. The two teams he’s been linked with are the two teams directly above us. Why would we sell one of our best performers to direct rivals?

SBAWTA

How else could we spend another 100M on a player we don't need?!

WookieTickler

These useless incompetent fucking halfwits won’t care who they sell to at all just as long as they get some money back in the bank because they just can’t stop spending.

nekoizmase17

https://preview.redd.it/9t3n4zf4bu1d1.jpeg?width=1610&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6a5f16a5e36ae88019e774995fc0458afa667036 I’ll just leave this here.

facelessman97

No good bud, he’s 25, As per blueCo standards that means hes ancient and should be put in a retirement home. We only employ young lads here 😤

Crushooo

Ah so they subscribe to the Leonardo DiCaprio rule book

SBAWTA

Chelsea board running this like the average FM player, lol

Sufficient_Royal_283

More like fifa, old player are pretty useful in fm because of their leadership. Currently, in my save, average age if my first elegn is 27

omid_14

Where is Data driven philosophy now🤡

beepmeep3

Your comment made me laugh so much it’s so vindictive 😂😂

ChenGuiZhang

Like I said the last time you posted this >Now do progressive passes, progressive passing distance, progressive carries, progressive carrying distance, passes into final third, miscontrols, dispossessions, fouls committed, challenges lost, % dribblers tackled...

Ecstatic_Bonus7609

You know he’s still ahead on most of these….

nekoizmase17

Sure. Next time we’ll compare goalkeepers by goals scored and successful dribbles too.

ChenGuiZhang

>Midfielders forward passing and ball control is not important Brain-dead take.

nekoizmase17

Rice was literally bought for many categories where Gallagher is doing better. Rice wasn’t bought for forward passing and ball control.

ChenGuiZhang

Like I said, brain-dead. Have a good one.

flex_tape_salesman

The anti Gallagher crowd are so strange. He only gets hate from a minority of chelsea fans while he's respected by rivals and most fans as a good player.

I_dont_like_florida

Short of Conor running around town screaming fuck Chelsea, I could never hate our boy

lm652

Even then, it would be directed at the ownership I’m sure, so I’d join him in shouting it

junejune2345

I hope Conor realizes how much he was supported by fans, because what the club is trying to do with him is bullshit.

Mba1956

If you are putting blame on players then I would look closer at Disasi and Badiashile because their wayward passes often left us in trouble. Enzo hasn’t performed like a £106 million player, Mudryk at £89 million has also been poor. These 4 cost us £275 million, maybe we should sack the people who decided to buy them.

MoiNoni

He's gone. I think that's one of the reasons Poch left

hoosdontloos

I agree. I remember poch being asked about him during the season and saying something along the lines of 'I pick him in the starting lineup every week. I can't do anything more"

read_eng_lift

Chalobah will also be gone, and Poch probably wanted him as well.

CrugerFord37

These guys are now entering into complete supporter protest territory if next season doesn't go well.

Mba1956

They have set themselves up for a fall if we don’t achieve top 4 next year.

Stochasticc

If fans' opinion is not even as important as to keep Gallagher, what's the point of supporting the club then?

Outrageous_Fart

Prediction: Poch goes to United and takes Gallagher with him. Maybe Chalobah too.

hoosdontloos

Gallagher improves every team in the country besides city maybe

SirBarkington

I don't think he'd improve Arsenal but he wouldn't look out of place in their midfield.

BOOCOOKOO

He really would, tho

SirBarkington

I don't think Gallagher would take Arsenal from 2nd to 1st or help them win any trophies, I really don't.

theeama

He would. Arsenal are demons off the ball, Partey is always injured for them. Them adding him would solidfy that midfield and add bite into it and a goal threat

flex_tape_salesman

Imo in the midfield role conor suits them better than havertz.

Shufflebuffle51

Lmao no. He's a good squad player, but don't be ridiculous.

hoosdontloos

Was palace poty 2 years ago. Starts every game for us. Spurs and villa are literally asking for him. He straight up walks into wolves, brighton, brentford, fulham, bournemouth. West ham, everton and forest. You're left with arsenal and city and man utd. And I'd bet the house United would rather have conor than mainoo and eriksen. where he would be 'just a squad player'

Shufflebuffle51

He does not get into Arsenal. Nor City, nor Liverpool. Those are the clubs we want to get closer to. Tbh I don't think he fits in at United either - Not better than Mainoo imo.

MC897

Eh he starts ahead of Endo. If there’s an area of weakness with Liverpool it’s central midfield.

Shufflebuffle51

Endo is the DM though, a position Gallagher doesn't play. He's not better than Macallister or Szoboszlai imo.

MC897

Szoboslai I feel is a little overrated although a different type of player than Conor. Alexis is better sure, Endo and Dominic not so sure.

hoosdontloos

He's absolutely better than MacAllister and Szoboszlai

Shufflebuffle51

No he isn't.

LIKEWHATLIKEHOW_

Delusion

flex_tape_salesman

I hate this squad player nonsense. He's been our best player after palmer this season and has been very consistent. He has shown us all that he's good enough to be a key player for Chelsea.

jeffnoel2228

It makes me sad that he is most likely gone this summer. Proper Chelsea, loves the club. Why wouldn’t you want that guy in the building?

Zolazolazolaa

He’s getting forced out and it’s heartbreaking

MrCleanandShady

i can’t help but feel like selling him is going to undo literally everything Lampard did to get us to a point where our academy players would be regulars in our team this is a player so in love with Chelsea that he’d rather just potentially run his contract down over leaving, i don’t care if there are better midfielders when he is very likely to be open to being a squad player man

Nikolai_54732

Is Conor the only academy player we have? Why do you guys ignore Colwill, Gilchrist and Reece James? All got contract extensions.

hoosdontloos

We started with: James, Mount, CHO, RLC, Tomori, Guehi, Abraham, Gilmour, Christensen, Solanke, Nathaniel Chalobah, Livramento, Broja, Lamptey, Trevoh Chalobah, Gallagher, Maatsen, Hall, Colwill, Anjorin, Gilchrist After this summer we have: James, Colwill, Gilchrist As a whole, we sold that group of players for A LOT of money and we have almost nothing to show for it

n22rwrdr

We never had all those players at the same time. You can't just compare what we'll have next season to what we had for the entirety of the last 10 years.

MrCleanandShady

i view James as an exception to the rule (he’s too good to be sold at this moment in time) and both Colwill and especially Gilchrist are not entirely safe to me, i can easily see them being sold according to this board when their value in transfer is perceived to be higher than their value on the pitch for me, it’s more of the way they seem to be handling Gallagher’s exit that sucks, like at this point it would be best if they flat out said we’re not keeping him

GolDrodgers1

I have a really bad feeling but theres still hope left

zecira

Same I want to believe and prolong my suffering 🫡🤝

KatG09

I’ve found my fellow delulu people lol 👯

kingbradley1297

Nah cause we're starting to see an ownership that's reaching Glazer level bad, combined with zero heart for the game. They don't see players, emotions or "playing for the badge". To them, players are now amortizations and FFPs. And it fucking infuriates me how some of the "fans" on this sub have become just like that. Conor is off after this for sure.

[deleted]

Visions of him scoring for Spurs against us at the Bridge next season and all 4 stands chanting that Boehly is a cunt.

hoosdontloos

Anyone who knows ball knows a former chelsea player finds the back of the net against us no matter how bad their form

muzzyboldo

Don’t worry. We know exactly who to hate

ein8

This board has no idea what they are doing....

SouthernSector4

I don’t think there will ever be anything but admiration for Conor from fans. Everyone seems to know it’s not his choice to leave.

thingysop

Hope he runs down his contract and spends a year on vacation with the reserves and then leaves on a free.

stumbling_coherently

At this stage, given that Poch is out, who was his staunchest defender, Conor is gone for sure now. I'm resigned to him getting sold, and with that getting communicated to the new manager as an already made decision. After what he's done this season it would be staggering to me that there would be a large amount of hate for Gallagher. His situation with the club has been pretty well documented, particularly his desire to stay and not be sold. Anyone hating on him when he leaves (and I personally don't think it's a question anymore with Poch gone) aren't people who'd be swayed by a post like this in the first place

SkepticSlakoth

Unfortunately https://preview.redd.it/njnwpgp7du1d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=18ccc71ccc2573f542ac4404cb9ddc68ef5105bc

Panini_Grande

See it with mount tbf

SkepticSlakoth

You'll never see me call him a rat or Judas.

JoeBidenKing

Yeah please. Even if he goes to Man City and wins Prems and Champions Leagues and he returns to the Bridge to play Chelsea don’t boo him. He stepped up and led Chelsea through shit all the way to a more respectable position in the league.

ObviousEconomist

If he leaves, we should all follow suit.  This ownership is brain dead.

Mba1956

Fans support the club not the owners, in the 50+ years of supporting Chelsea I have seen many owners come and go. I think the EPL test for owners should include football knowledge and if they fail then they shouldn’t be allowed to bid.

ObviousEconomist

I've supported the club since the Ken Bates era.  And I've never seen anything this ridiculous in football, much less the club.  When the new ownership guts everything I know about the club, I don't know if it's the club I've loved over the decades anymore.

Mba1956

I agree that these guys are a useless bunch of cowboys but apart from making a load of bad decisions they haven’t gutted anything yet. Ken Bates didn’t part with his cash much and we have Roman to thank for the updating of training and the academy which at the moment they aren’t touching.

ObviousEconomist

Uh yes they have. They sold most of the players and got rid of the management and backroom staff like the medic department.

Barstoolrob710

I love this man!

justk4y

The sporting directors want power, that’s why they want to hire a young, inexperienced manager. They see Cobham as pure FFP profit 🤢

GBSii

Pushing him to leave would be one of the worst decisions the new ownership has made, it would be heartbreaking. The thought of it makes me sick to my stomach.

Marcus-THR

Poch was his only chance to stay. I feel if Poch was given another season then we would have signed him to another contract. Zero chance of that now.

Alone-Common8959

Hated him in his first season. Too rash with his tackles and run around the pitch liked a mad man. If not for Palmer, he was my POTY. Would be a shame to see him leave.

hoosdontloos

I always got a chuckle out of the cardio g and 50 lines of cocaine jokes

DurMonAtor

The hate for Conor from some in this sub is shocking, he’s a born Chelsea lad, blue through and through and you treat him like meat… He has been amazing this season, captain and quite possibly one of our better players, to see us lose a manager because they’re going to sell Conor and Trev is sickening and good on Poch for sticking up for the lads if this turns out to be the reason. He was turning things around and got the players playing great football. Shame he isn’t given the chance to try and win us that Europa League next season

LH_Fancy

Honestly the amount of ‘fans’ who are in this thread still part of the sell Connor brigade just haven’t got a clue. Don’t care about his standing on where he is in the leagues as a CM- what matters is he doesn’t want to be sold and he is the only player that at all times this season kept running (if you don’t understand the importance of this just stop reading and go play fifa instead) and wanting the ball back. He’s Chelsea through and through which is a constant and stability trait, which we all want and need. Selling him will cut through the club and run deep, we won’t get players playing for the badge over time because why would they if they can be sold anywhen. He’s been our captain for most the season and has absolutely been clutch many times, tackles and goals. 17 goal involvement Jesus Christ, clutch goal at Villa, two goals at palace (do we need to thank him for the 3 points?), goal stopping tackle last game and plenty more. The players like him, ex players like him, he’s an England player, proper fans love him, he’s still young, he’s Chelsea. Don’t matter if he plays first team or bench- he cannot be sold this summer and if you think he does and this is your main thought process day by day- go play fifa instead and come back when you have a clue 👍

flex_tape_salesman

I'll never understand this anti Gallagher anti Cobham crowd. I never wanted rlc to leave and we got pennies for him and now he's playing well. Gallagher has been one of our best players this season and the only people I see dragging him are other chelsea fans.

malderon

Posted this as a reply in another thread but thought it would also fit here... Couldn't Conor just stick two fingers up at the board and say I'll see out my contract thanks. When you are moving on a free you can potentially get a huge payday (a-la Aaron Ramsay to Juve as an example) and he will have more suitors then than he will when the board want 40-50m for him. If the board ordered the new manager not to play him as punishment then there would be riots.

hoosdontloos

I've thought about this too. It doesn't make sense that the club aren't trying to extend him even if they ultimately want to sell. Their 50m asset becomes 0 at the same time next year. In January he'll be able to negotiate with other clubs and I don't think BlueCo will like to see what other clubs are willing to pay for him

GambitsandPieces

How do we get a message to the owners? As a life long Chelsea fan I’ve not seen a worse decision if we chose to sell Gallagher. I really hope there’s more to this. Maybe they just want to get high offers so they can “prove his book value” and they will refuse all offers? For me he’s our 2nd best performer this year next to Cole and those two seem to thrive together.

doyouevenrow

If they sell him we riot

STCFC

Good luck to him wherever he goes.

tinger99

He becomes captain and the gaffer quits. Oops

toenailchewing

Gallagher is incredible quality. I hate Chelsea!

Suicidalservice

YOUUU DONNT KNOW!!! He isn’t going anywhere mates.

Famous-Mountain-6900

And somehow people will still find a way to hate on this man

onigramm

One of my fav from that current squad for sure. I would let Sterling go in a heartbeat if it could help Connor stay 😳

jamesinvictuskeane

Conor Gallagher, he is one of our own!

SecretarySuper6810

In a season of so much to complain about he gave everything, even took the armband for the season, for me his more of a priority than Enzo. Really don’t understand how it’s even debatable he gets sold after this campaign

Deadstiny2

He's being forced out like Trev. Hate these owners.

Pappa_duck

Everyone knows Conor and his family are Chelsea through and through. I have my doubts that Mount actually wanted to leave but this one is clear cut. If he leaves it's because he was pushed out.

Guilty_Ad_1663

Anywhere but Tottenham or Arsenal. Please Conor.

MoreThanANumber666

Absolutely right. He and Palmer were the brightest lights of an otherwise disappointing first 3/4s of the season. Losing Enzo, and pairing Cucurella and Caicedo in midfield we lucked out and finished strongly. Fear that we'll lose Connor to balance the books which will be a crying shame ..... he deserves to be lauded for just what he put into the season. Be very sorry to see him go, should he be sold on.

Ok_Professor6647

Really selling Gallagher and continuing to buy unproven young guys to send on loan would absolute sicken me if it happens

AdityaBohra

The current situation of our club is in such a mess that even if players want to stay and play for the club from their heart, their soul and mind won't let them to play. God Help Chelsea 😭🙏🏻💙

Wonderful-Ad-9201

Loosing the identity of our club

GreyWolfesDinner-CTR

I don't rate him highly but his dedication to Chelsea is fantastic will never bad mouth him. Just hope we use the money we get from him properly

[deleted]

And yet Clownlake is gonna mercilessly sell him to turn a profit. Shameful

Shot-Shame9637

Wjat if he goes to Utd

Positive-Employment6

100% agreed

WhoEatsRusk

It always hurts to lose fan favorites, but it especially hurts to lose Cobham made players. Conor is Chels through and through and to lose him would be heart breaking

PermeusCosgrove

Fuck these clown ass owners and board I bet this was a big factor in Poch leaving Soulless cunts need to get out of our club

hansoloisatool

Ill stop supporting Chelsea if he leaves

monda

What ever happens I'm happy for him that he got to captain the greatest team in London, talk about a boyhood dream come true.

I-wish-to-be-phoenix

I don't want our fucking stupid board to sell him. I am already very pissed with poch sack, don't want selling him to add to the misery.

SeaPersonality445

Spurs player next season then.

GovTheDon

I will never respect Boehly and co bc they don’t respect us or our players

mb194dc

If they try to sell him, he should just refuse to go. If a player refuses to sign a contract with another club, what can they do ? He'll be a free agent when his deal expires, can then sign for anyone, including us again. I don't see how the owners can win if he refuses to leave, given they can't put him in the reserves or whatever because the players and fan base won't accept it.

xTrollhunter

The ownership and directors are truly shooting themselves in the foot if they think selling of players who are proper Chels like Conor, Trevoh, Levi etc. for pure profit just to sign South American wonderkids is clever. It will distance them even further from the supporters, and keeping a core of players who gets what it means to play for Chelsea will be even more important if this manager merry go round is gonna continue.

Clark_Wayne1

Honestly hope he refuses to be sold and leaves on a free. Maybe then these clowns will realise how much they've fucked up buying players worse than what we already had. A transfer ban is seriously needed

gibbsi

i hate what these people have done to my club

nuggetsgalore21

I really hope he stays, selling for pure profit is just mental after seeing the way he played for the badge this season

edgedomUK

If we sell everyone and higher shit again. Im done with Chelsea. These people are ruining us. Least before Roman we were broke and a bit shit. Now we are shit and spending stupid with owners who think they are playing Football Manager.. The Bridge is like a fucking grave yard full of. Tourists and the so called PRAWN Sandwich brigade. What has happend to the Chelsea i was bought up with. Im a local lad aswell just off north end road no glory supoortee from 2003 either.... .

blueave

Don’t leave

No-Promotion-2995

He needs to stay and Trev man. These players are proper Chels and are performing on the pitch.

thameez_vk

Gaalaggher🥺🥺

PuppyJuancho

Done.

Real_Particular6512

Fuck Boehly man. He's fucked up alot of things but Gallagher being forced out will really hurt

Ryuzakku

If he leaves it's because he's forced out, this boy wouldn't leave by choice.

Dry-Stick-7753

Sign a contract then

Wise_Consequence5248

This that racist dude

Iaann

He is not the right person for us I'm afraid. We need champions pedigree and he is not.

Minute-Farm-618

Good lad, it's a shame he's bang average. He's just a squad player and we can find an upgrade pretty easily. Also we're trying to build a possession identity, he doesn't fit in that plan.

thehighyellowmoon

He's had a great season with noticeable improvements. To call the captain with the most appearances this season "just a squad player" is laughable. The £100m+ players we've already signed in his position haven't performed as well as him.

Minute-Farm-618

Caicedo has been 10x better than him and I don't know what game are you watching cause he has been a liability in possession throughout the season. He's just another Mount.
