Depends on if there are preservatives in it. You'll only need a small amount of yeast for it. If you seal itll probably explode. Lots of posts you can read on /r/prisonhooch
I brewed a load of cider in the bottle recently when I realised I had a leak in my container. I just left the lid off and used a zip lock bag with a hair tie to attach it. I just snipped small holes off the corners and in the sides for the c02. Worked well enough.
