Seems like you're a pianist since you're focusing on those pieces so far.
Beethoven wrote two violin romances. I like the one in F the best. It's easier to play, but that's not why - I just like the flow of it.
Fauré's *3 Romances sans paroles* were written in 1863 when he was 17-18 years old, so those are special. When I studied oboe, Robert Schumann's *3 Romances* and Nielsen's *Romance and Humoresque* were favorites.
Rachmaninoff's Suite #2 for 2 pianos. mvt. 3 is a Romance and it's enchanting.

Max Bruch’s [Romance for Violin and Orchestra, Op. 85](https://youtu.be/24El_Q3BdLU?si=J_o5KbFgvuUREZ7t) is gorgeous.
Sticking with Violin & Orchestra, [the middle movement](https://youtu.be/pPxJZLBOw0s?si=OHdBNJY9-98O8lel) of Korngold’s violin concerto is entitled “Romance”.
Mozart used the term for [the middle movement](https://youtu.be/XtSsMjfCRpY?si=grvVOX4hJ1dAYlGY) of his 20th Piano Concerto and it is an incredible movement (including a very stormy middle section - quite the innovation at the time). It was used as the closing music in Amadeus, if you’ve seen that.
The Bruch is for Viola and orchestra. It’s one of my favorites. His double concerto for Viola & Clarinet is also amazing. His writing is so generous, it brings out all my favorite qualities in the viola sound

Oh yeah! Brainfarted on that because the recording I linked to was by someone better known as a violinist, oooops! And yes Op 88 is fantastic!
