Problem is that to be able to xmog, items need to be soulbound or change how whole collection works now. We already have retail collection instead of storing all the gear we want to use for xmog in void storages

I'm not going to say it's horrible. But I even play retail without transmog. I like to see my gear progress into a nice set of it's own, rather than put on a costume for all time.

I want a transmog of foliage and garbage which has adhered to me during my travels.
This can be further augmented into the barber/appearance system, where I can change the type, scale, and position of dirt and sludge patches, remove most of my teeth, long toe nails.

They should have just implemented the retail transmog UI. Nobody is hankering for outdated nodes of friction in their gameplay experience.

Retail now allows white transmogs though, so it's obviously a solved problem. The question is what's stopping them for classic.
