A 3/4 would negate the need for a good backup center. Start with Allen and Mobley and they back each other up at the 5 while we slot a backup in at the 4.
I really want to see Mo Wagner on the team. During that Orlando series, we can’t deny he was a killer and has an amazing mentality to push some of our players at such a young age. Among the leaders at BLKs + 3PM and only received less than 20 mins a night. It’ll be a small fee for us surely but I guarantee he’ll be better than Niang come next season. I think the Cavs should evaluate him as a free agent.
Plus, we hated him during the series so I can imagine how beloved he’ll be when he joins our side.
Depending on what happens w/ the midlevel and Okoro, I'd try to get Paul Reed out of Philly. Could probably get it done with a crappy second round pick.
We would take Reed into our MLE (mle works as a trade exception now), Philly would not want the salary back. If Okoro stays, we won't be able to use the full amount anyway.
Okay I can see what your saying now. It’s hard tho i think Okoros asset is his progress every szn and age. Signing him to a contract that has potential to match salaries gives us more options to pivot in the future tho.
Exactly lol. Do people not think before they post lame ideas like that. Why are we giving up another wing defender. We need defense rn to keep up with Knicks, sixers, celtics, etc. Heck I'd even look at bringing lamar Steven's back on a team friendly deal.
TT is a free agent
Lmao aight so it’s Georges Niang or some shit
Even worse
The team needs a 3/4 over a backup center. I’m fine with having a low level third string center for the regular season.
I do agree. I also think having neither is straight season suicide
It’s been one day of free agency. Give it time.
Agreed the Celts proved if you dont have the wings to stop them you dont have a chance. Hopefully this Tyson guy can actually play

Get him back on the gear but hide it better next season. 💪
TT is Udonis Haslem. He's our Championship legacy, rostered. It's not his fault Damian Jones was so bad.
Any word on if Khalifa Diop can actually play basketball or will just be a never fulfilled draft and stash?
Highly unlikely
heard he’ll be under contract on his team through until at earliest the next offseason
Big bro Mobley and Dean Wade boutta get 20 minutes a game

Exactly. Make a move. Do something. Just because we didn't get Bridges doesn't mean we should move.
They aren't frequently injured but we still need a decent backup big from time to time.
Altman and our FO are a joke

Dude giving Philly okoro is not a good idea.
