If it feels like you can't live without it that's the first warning sign to take a month long break minimum. I'll enjoy 2-4 grams a month and do I want more than that of course, but I value the life I'm working to build so it's a matter of self restraint.
Cause when I first moved here years ago it was much cheaper & got a steal of a deal you wouldn’t get in 2023. Also the help with my ex, it was only half the price. Now I’ll be living in a basement room for twice as much, but it’s not a terrible place. However it’s definitely not a downtown 19th floor corner apartment with ocean, mountain, and city views like I used to have :(

Unstructured downtime is your enemy. Find productive activities. Delete contact numbers that are the plug. Faced a similar situation two years back and was able to pull myself out of it before the addiction swallowed me. Good luck to you buddy DM’s are open if you need to chat.
Yall just need some self control, its not a physically addicting drug. Its all mental.. Best of luck though.

I’m in same boat life’s ruined off the stuff
The hydro’s are gonna be the real problem, coke is a walk in the park, for weeks months on end, hydros are trouble in paradise within a week.
Update ~ slowed down on coke no problemo, tapering off hydro, should be off by the end of weekend
Same
I don't get it if you have to move out and downgrade then why are you paying twice as much rent if you couldn't afford the first one
