Those are both muted. The first is more of a Warm Autumn yellow and the second is Soft Autumn. Since you already know you're cool, it would be better to drape cool tones with varying colour characteristics (bright, soft, light, deep). It's okay if they're different colours and not two greens, two blues, etc. If you don't have a lot of colour but do have neutrals, you can still use those. Black especially is a good test for Winter.
I don’t know how much this helps, but you definitely look better with the darker color (#1). The second lighter/washed out color brings out the yellow cast under your eyes.
Has for the colors of the fabrics i believe they are more accurately a soft and light greyish~soft belonging to autumn palette.
I would suggest trying to find anything pink tone or magenta on the cool + warm side to compare!
People who suit bright cool tone magenta are always Cool seasons and usually winter since they suit brighter and more saturated colors.
