Its fixed now, my friend whos good at coding at stuff that time alr had some anti rooter that works, but it has to stay in my pc or else it will break the system. How it works is that once it finds malware, it copys it and disguises it so when it get detected it then scans it and somehow removes the root. Doing this fixed my whole pc and Im very thankfull for this. My friend basically gave me a premium anti virus

a this point i would wipe the whole drive Clean.

I second just wipe the whole thing clean using a fresh install of Windows from a USB drive I would not trust the built-in reinstaller

This sounds weird and not reliable at best. I would still go for a clean reinstallation if this was mine...
