so i got this unit from my friend he said it was working but got e74 recently, so i fixed that. i think it have never opened for like 3 years. he said rgh was working
It don't work because the solder joints under the GPU aren't the problem.

The problem are the micro solder balls between the Die and the substrate (PCB) and not between the motherboard and the gpu.
Also when i power it there is only that center dot can't get secondary codes also fan makes weird noises drive works also controller sync works but controller just blinks no video but on my tv it shows as a hdmi or av is plugged
That's not it. Normal temperatures that most chips withstand cause issues here because the chip is defective. Nothing will prevent a defective chip from failing.
That won't even melt the solder. So even if the problem was the solder connecting to the board, this won't fix it as without a pre-heater it can't melt.
All you did is temporary-fix the flip chip for now, it will fail again later, be rest assured.
TL:DR - Stop heatgunning, its absolutely silly.
Yeah thats another problem i think jgh nand needs reflashing. I found out my console bricked i will get xflasher from my friend and try that way thanks for comments about fixing this crap much appreciated
Tried several hdmi av VGA nothing fixes it tried pressing 30 sec to button but no
RGH3? If so, flash another image (if 10 MHz then flash 27 and so on)

E74 : GPU to eDRAM High Speed Link failed, eDRAM faulty or unresponsive. Fix : Replace GPU. So you replaced the GPU?
No i just reflowed with my heat gun. that seemed to work

From what I understand it's temp fixed but will come back i will try reinject nand but i can't replace the CPU or GPU i am in Europe so that sucks
