AreUSureTho

Why are you clicking random links to begin with?

Creepy-Professor-125

He had built a little bit of a relationship and trust with me by playing a few matches, and we were talking in discord he wanted me to join face it servers and he sent me the link and then that’s where it all hit the fan

flappers87

You gave them your steam Authenticator code too? This is 100% your own fault.

Creepy-Professor-125

That’s the weird thing I didn’t give him my Steam guard code or nothing. He access my computer remotely.

MasterWindowsXP

Did you install a "anti cheat"

Creepy-Professor-125

I did and I think that’s where it got me.

MasterWindowsXP

Yes I think its a trojan, I would wipe the system

Nesto2406

Do you have mobile authenticator?

Creepy-Professor-125

I do! I really can’t express to you how it all happened. It was weird and it didn’t seem malicious at first until it was too late. This guy had to have been doing this for a while It was very calculated.

Nesto2406

That should mean that they got access to a device that was already signed in. I don't even know how that would happen, but that's very unfortunate

Creepy-Professor-125

Yeah, the only time I got any notification that something was wrong is when it said my account had been logged in, in Moscow Russia the dudes English was and he came off very friendly. I’m not a very gullible person which confuses me more. I just don’t know how he got access to my account, but I immediately deauthorized all devices and changed my password

wannagoflex

Happened the same to me. Insane how they did it. I didnt get any Notification of a Log In or else. And the Steam support shits on me they bastards.
