Miraculously we didn’t hit any walls. I was fully prepared to.
My wife had a couple knee surgeries so she couldn’t help other than a steadying hand, but we did it!
Just moved ours into the basement and it is the worst designed item for moving up and down stairs. Get some straps so you have something that’s looped under?
Agreed. I managed to awkwardly deadlift and sidestep it into the house and to the stairs. Then I lifted it up three steps and then used the handle to slide it up one landing at a time. This was after getting it in its side
Moving companies use moving straps a lot ( I’ve taken the ratchet off and just used the strap before) if that’s possible. All depends on how many stairs/corners. Will be challenging with how bulky and somewhat awkward it will be, best of luck😂
I got it up. I put some of the cardboard under it to not scratch the flooring. And the stairs were carpet. After lifting it up 3 steps I was able to stand at the top and pull it up behind me.
Isn’t that why we CrossFit?! Just grab it and go. lol.
But honestly, get a friend or 2, some chalk (ya know, cuz CrossFit) and you’ll be good in no time.
I had to do it basically solo.
Well, if I was patient I’m sure I could’ve found someone to help. But I wanted it done. So here we are, and my back and hips are not happy
> Alright, here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna take all the weight on your neck. Then, you're gonna jam your legs down and hyperextend your ankles and then shoot back up and lock your knees in place.
I would get a friend but if I had to do it by myself. I would get it lined up with the stairs and go to the front and get it up the first couple of stairs so I could go to the bottom and push it up.
I managed to do similar to this except I pulled it from the top using the handle. It’s too wide for the stairs and doorways so I put it on its side and my wife just steadied it on the backside. She’s a few months post op from a knee surgery, so she can’t lift anything

Buy a wall patch kit & pray
I told my wife this
That’s definitely not the answer she was wanting😂😂

Woohoo!!!
When are you trying to move it? I’m busy that day.
😂
With a 20lb vest and burpees
Pizza & beer
Pivot! pivot! pivot!
😂😂
Was going to suggest turning it on and aiming for the stairs to let it claim them like a tank, then realised it’s an assault runner 🤦🏼♀️
Use your legs not your back
I wish I read this before doing it
No no no. You use your back in a twisting jerking motion.
Your back is the largest muscle in the body.
Chalk will help
My wife would kill me for using chalk in the house

Quick jerky motions with knees and back
Bear hug and go?
This was originally the plan. It was too big around for that. But that how I got our new mattress up the stairs in our townhouse.
Mine is in the basement. Will likely sell as part of the house. Christ those things are heavy.
I feel you. I’m either dying in this house or that runner is a non-negotiable when selling
These CrossFit workouts are getting weirder and weirder.
Assault Runner carries for time
One step at a time.
Pivot! Pivot!
Do you have to turn a corner? I would leave it on the wood slats and just push it up the stairs. Slats should make it easier like it’s a sled.

And this is why we do CrossFit
Right 😂 I decided immediately afterward that I am NOT doing the open today. I’ll wait till tomorrow
Very carefully.
Don’t drop it!
3 RFT

how much does it weigh?
I think they are like 280lbs
Yeah I saw that’s not that bad if you got another crossfitter

Isolate your low back, then twist and jerk!
What's the point of lifting all those weights if you can't pick up this tiny lil guy?
lol
Just put it on the first step backwards and then get on a run. Should do the job itself.
I hired profesional movers to take it from the main floor the the basement… was well worth saving on the doctors bill and home repairs.
I moved houses this year and had the movers put it into the basement for my home gym. They were cursing it all the way down the stairs….I felt so bad
lol, yeah, I’m about to move too. I feel bad for the guys I don’t even know yet. They will get a fat tip for sure.
Exactly this. I gave each guy (3 in total) $20 each just for the Assault Runner. It helped lol.
Lift with your back
Yeah, don't.
Looks pretty good right there!
Ratchet clanks
Get help lol
I know I need help. But what about the Runner?
More help lol
No tips or you're going over
An appliance cart and a friend. I had to go down instead of up but the process will work for either.
Totally lift with your back.
I know Rogue didn’t invent them but I got the turf tyres for my Echo Bike. Game changer - all cardio equipment should come with them.
Hire two bigger and stronger men than yourself.
Yeah. Don’t.
Duck tape it and carry it sideways.
Suck it up & pick it up.
Don’t.
