Just get two different pairs of shoes. Trainers for your cross training and short distances during metcons, and running shoes for dedicated running workouts. No one single shoe will do both well.
Yeah you’re asking too much. If you’re trying to hit anything more than 800m and at MOST 1mile and also have a decent lifting shoe it doesn’t exist. Also depends on what you like to lift in. Personally I run in more barefoot style shoes 5-10k and can easily deadlift with them or even barefoot. But for heavy squats change shoes and put on a solid lifter or at least some nanos
I’ve been training in the TYR CXT-1 and do quite a bit of running intervals and short runs (3-5 miles) and really enjoy them. Not as stiff as the Metcons and more comfortable then the Nano’s
Same. Their tempo runners are a good compromise shoe as well. Great for running and decent for lifting (although I wouldn't want to max out in them. ).
I will literally change my shoes mid-wod on timed workouts if there’s a long-ish run. I would not recommend running 3-6 miles in anything sturdy enough for lifting.
Vivobarefoot Motus Strength? Light, comfy, zero drop, nice to run in, a bit stiffer than regular Vivos, rubberised toe area for toe protection. Of Strke MVMNT (not going to even try to remember which vowels are missing).

You just need two different pairs. If you find a pair that can do both, they won’t be good for either

Did you search this sub? There seem to be 3 posts a day on people wanting to know about shoes.

RAD one. Only shoe that I’ve found to “do it all”. Will there be some compromises? Yes. But if you only need one shoe that’s it for me
