I mean u can flash that while running w/o a lineup. I wouldnt slow down to do this
It's too specific to be really useful, it's good for that one position, but I don't think it's blinding anybody close

The way you move around the map suggests no flash will help you

Just throw it on the run, this is too slow. Or if you flash for your teammate/awp posted near box mid/late round then maybe but not that useful
