AK does 36 base damage. It has 77.5% armour penetration so its damage goes down to 27.9, assuming you were hit in the stomach you take 25% more damage compared to the chest, which puts the damage at 34.875, which rounds to 35. Makes sense to me.

How many hours do you have? AK has always been able to 3 shot if you hit 3 in the stomach.
