Hotel la manzana kempinski, hotel grand packard, el floridita, but be prepared to pay way more and for less tastier food then you can get at local restaurants. A $1 pizza I had at the local store el cubita I had tasted better than the $30 filet mignon at the hotel grand packard.
Bring cash. Barely even any ATM machines. Unreliable internet. I don't recall seeing any debit machines when I was last there in 2020 but maybe this has changed...?.. have fun!
most hotels will , hotel Ingletera, ibeostar parc central but you wont get a good exchange rate. Of course US credit card companies wont work

Have you ever heard about the blocking - el bloqueo? This is the reason that this cannot work.
Do not use your card if you are from USA. Using your card, it supports the gov’t and you may have issues at the border.
