STOP CONTACTING HER! Do not ever initiate contact with her at all! Even if she hits you up and makes plans. Do not contact her to confirm or ask if you're still on. She must do all of the contacting. Do not let her make plans with you last minute. If she hits you up make sure you set a time that is at least 2 weeks later. Do not even respond to her message on the same day ever. If she hits you up in the evening you hit her up the next afternoon. If she hits you up the the morning you hit her up the next morning. She's using you because you give her your attention for free. Do NOT spend ANY money on her AT ALL. Make her pay.
This is just me, but I would have told her straight up: "Hey, I'm gonna do us both a favor and straight up send you to the block. The only thing you have been giving me is confusion and lost time" and then proceed to block her on everything.
